Has anyone had experience with Cartier Leather Goods? Other bag under consideration is the Prada Brique Bag.

Just realized the glazing on my Neo noe canvas in noir is peeling all over! I have used it a bunch but I’m not rough with it. I have read old posts about this being a relatively common issue. My question is, should I try to start a repair online or take it into LV (Charlotte-south park)? It was purchased online in May 2020. Thank you!

Thoughts on the Grenelle passport cover? I love the different color options, but the pricing ($700 USD currently) is much higher than comparable passport covers from other luxury brands (e.g. Louis Vuitton, priced at $370 USD for their monogram canvas passport cover). Does anyone have the Grenelle passport cover / have thoughts on whether the quality and style are worth the higher price tag? Thank you in advance!

I am deciding between Boy and 19:
1- I think either small or medium boy would look fine, and on 19, i think medium or large is good?
2- leather or tweed!
3- should i stick to black/ dark color or something spring-summer ish?

Also!! what other bags are good for guys? I like the small gabrielle and also the jumbo/large/xll classic?

Hi everyone! So I just achieved a big milestone in my life and want to buy a piece of jewelry to celebrate it! I really like Tiffany's Lock Ring in Yellow Gold with Diamonds ($3.8k) or David Yurman Stack Ring 18K Yellow Gold with Diamonds ($1.7k). I know there is a pretty big price difference between them, but I'm flexible with the price (the Tiffany one is my max) and just want to get a piece that I love and that is timeless. Let me know if you have any recommendations between these or any other jewelry piece. I don't like chunky or big pieces of jewellery and usually go for more dainty and subtle ones that i can wear daily. Thank youu!

Hi all, I’m debating getting a Panther ring, but not sure which one. I’m looking at these two models: the plain one and the more elaborate one where the Panther is eating a door knocker. I’d like to use it more for regular everyday wear, but I’d wear it 2-3x a week, not everyday. It wouldn’t be for fancy occasions only.

I like both but I wonder if the more elaborate one is too fussy for everyday. I am also aware of the massive price difference, but for me if I got the cheaper one I’d use the money to get another item on the wishlist. Does anyone have one or both and can comment about them in terms of wearability, functionality, wear and tear? Thanks!

I already have the small YG Frivole earrings and they are very comfortable to wear. When I purchased them many years ago, I also loved the bigger size and it was hard for me to choose between them. The large are definitely more of a statement piece.

I now have the option to purchase the large size and from what I understand, they are quite hard to come by these days. However I really don’t know what to do. They are more heavy so I don’t know how long I can actually wear them for before they feel uncomfortable. I also know that the posts are detachable. This worries me. I almost lost one of my small Frivole earrings as the post came loose and the earring fell off my ear! Luckily I was home and noticed straight away.

I’m torn. The large size are really so beautiful. I would appreciate your advice. I have reserved the earrings and have 3 days to decide.

I am a perfectionist when it comes to makeup. In the morning, I don't feel fully dressed unless my makeup is fully done. It takes me a minimum of thirty minutes. Is there some kind of shortcut for a perfectionist like me, or is that just the way it is?

I just got back from Paris and managed a nice little Goyard haul. I finally got the cap vert in grey after many years of searching (was always sold out when I was there) and a mini Saigon souple in black. Also got the jet black st Pierre card wallet.

At first they seemed hesitant to tell me if they had stock for either item (purses, I asked for the jet black item after they established I was a previous client) until they checked my purchase history. They then told me for certain items they will not sell to first time buyers. Is this just a Paris thing? Does anyone know what other items belong to this “only for established clients” policy? They told me all three items I got are only for those with a good purchase history.

I'm not sure which carnelian pendant I should buy. It should definitely be in rose gold, so that leaves only the sweet size or the holiday pendant from 2011. I already have a 20 motif carnelian/guilloche in rose gold and the matching bracelet. I love the Holiday Pendants and have a few, but I don't have a sweet size yet and am wondering which is a better investment. I usually only own vintage sizes and feel like the carnelian is broken by the diamond

Hi, a friend of mine has a 2 tone YG & WG Guilloche Holiday Pendant she's willing to sell me (photo is of a RG & WG one but her's is YG). I like the way the WG breaks up the YG but does it look too busy overall? I don't look great in WG but I kind of feel the solid YG guilloche is just to much YG.

Do you think this pendant would look good w/the YG pave Alhambra earrings?

I have an older David Yurman ring (from the mosaic collection) which I love. It's 18k gold with pink tourmaline, garnet, and diamonds. I recently ordered another version of the same ring I found online with stones in blue tones instead of pinks and thought it would be nice to have since I wear alot of light blue, aqua, teal, navy, etc. In person, the hues of the 2 largest stones aren't nearly as vibrant as the pink version. They have almost a transparent quality and as a result, I feel the ring overall appears a little lackluster.

I happened to have some aqua colored tissue paper sitting out from a gift and just got fun, ripped off a little piece and stuck under the largest stone and it gave it a more colorful appearance. I then took a small pouch from Tiffany in signature color and stuck under ring to see how it would look even brighter.

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestion for a more "permanent" solution I can add to ring to improve appearance without causing damage to it for future value? I am attaching photos for reference.

I have been wanting the Polo ID bag for a while now but have not seen them in person. I work from home so a smaller bag for going out or running errands is fine. (I have my speedy bags if I need to carry more.).

I typically carry brown or black bags but have wanted a deep red one. If they made the mini in the Chianti color I think it would be ideal for me. But they don’t.

The mini in suede is very cute. It reminds me of a coach tote I had 20 years ago. I loved the color suede.

I don’t think I’ve seen this out there but I wanted to share this great hack. The bag strap for the men’s day bag is way too long for my frame and I wanted a way to also wear it shorter like the women’s day bag. You will need an adjustable slide buckle. Photos attached to illustrate the instructions.

Step 1: open one side of the strap and slide the buckle through to the middle of the strap. The top side of the buckle should be facing up and at the top side of the strap.

Step 2: Slide the detached strap through the O ring attached to the bag.

Step 3: Weave the detached strap through underneath the buckle. Do not pass the metal stud through the buckle.

Step 4: Secure the end piece together by pushing the stud through the last hole of the strap. Tada! Now you have created an adjustable strap

Dear friends! My heart has just dropped! I have found out that follicles on my new ostrich Capu BB are “peeling off”… Bought at LV store in Oslo just two weeks ago. Issue in the one of cognac colour. I didn’t find smth like this on my menthe one. What should I do? Is that smth I should expect from the type of leather? I have also send the pics to my SA. What should I do? Please help! Thinking of purchasing a couple of bags from Nordstrom one that comes with a Certificate of Craft and one without (Cobble and Parachute) and taking advantage of either a triple point or 10X points day. But can I expect that the certificate and dustbags will be included? What if I need to return? I’ve heard Nordstrom is getting suspicious of designer returns.
