People seemed to have enjoyed my experience with Tiffany repairs and customer service so I have another one for you all at David Yurman.

Earlier this year in February 2024, I had bought a David Yurman cable half eternity band.

On 08Nov2024 I noticed that one of the diamonds was gone! It was the diamond right at the end of the row of diamonds.
Since I wear multiple rings, often right next to each other, and do all of my daily tasks with them on, in general it would not surprise me if a diamond fell out.
However, I got the ring this year. It's not even a year old!

The next day I bought it into the store to show my SA and see what could be done.
I was expecting to pay for repairs or at least the replacement of the stone itself.
My SA was so lovely and very apologetic that this happened. (Even though this was not her fault and I told her I wore rings often and often have wear and tear.)
She said: We'll take it in immediately for repairs.
I said: Great! What's the estimate? (estimate cost).
She said: It can take up to 4 -6 weeks for repairs.
And I was like, lol, no, I mean the price for the repair.
She said: Oh no! It will be free of charge!

And so, she wrote up the repair paperwork and my ring was whisked away.
I let my SA know I was in no hurry and to just let me know whenever it arrived.

On 18Nov2024 I get a call from the store that my ring was fixed and ready to be picked up!
I was quite surprised. Tbh, with the holiday season, I was expecting to get it at the end of December.
On 23Nov2024, I went in. (My SA was away on holiday). Picked up the ring and went on my way!

Needless to say, a pleasant and easy experience. Of course they cleaned it when I got it back so it was very sparkly!

I will post before and after photos when I get back home.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the Longchamp small Le pliage city shoulder bag? Unfortunately there’s no measurements online and I couldn’t find this bag on the Longchamp site (I’m in Canada)

I’m looking to use this for work so it would need to fit a 13” laptop. The picture of the bag on the model looks like it may be big enough but pictures can be deceiving hah

Happy Monday everyone! I posted a few days ago— because recently I purchased an Alhambra bracelet, and this is after many years of a hiatus in buying jewelry. Not that it matters but I only prefer two brands. Anyway, I simply adore the Alhambra (YG onyx), it’s so pretty and I wanted another piece perhaps near Christmas or maybe a bit after, so I was trying to decide between two pieces. During the wonderful feedback I was receiving, it occurred to me that less is more. I’ve gravitated to this in many ways which is why I stopped buying jewelry plus it’s expensive. But the Alhambra looks so beautiful on its own, and I don’t need to stack it like I may have wanted to in the past. I’m not sure if this is a me thing, a new trend? If I were to get another piece I might just get it and wear it on a day that I’m not wearing my other Van Cleef. Does anyone else think that the Alhambra’s are great standalone pieces? Less is more nowadays with jewelry? Or is stacking still a popular thing? Ultimately I will do what sings to me but I always love opinions, feedback, and good conversation.

It says FULL GRAIN LEATHER on the inside in silver foiling which you rarely find in any leather bag. I was head over heels for it lol, it’s my early Christmas present and it’s soft supple hand and ACTUAL SUEDE interior makes it true perfection. It’s not online anywhere but my local store had it and I’m bursting from joy!

Hello! I am looking to purchase a Mini Loop bag on the preowned websites and I am not sure if there were two versions of it that were produced.

One, more recent version, seems to have interecciato weaving on the inside. The other model seems to have plain leather with small slide pocket. Here are two pictures I captured. If you own the bag or has seen the model in the store, can you please advise?

I’ve been wanting diamond solitaire studs for the longest time and shopped around at different boutiques, but somehow I really liked Tiffany’s the best. So I took home a pair — G VVS2 1.40 ctw. Shorty after, I went back to the boutique and exchanged them for an upgraded version of F’s with the same specs otherwise. Now I’m wondering if I should’ve upgraded it further to E or even D… I didn’t intend to keep spending this much on these earrings, but I also want to make sure I get a pair that will last me for years and years. One that I don’t regret or wish I would’ve done anything different with. Honestly, I think these look pretty when they are on the ear. I couldn’t tell as big of a difference between the G’s and F’s when they were on my ears. Only when I held them up next to each other. Does anyone have any advice or opinions?

I can get a WB in 40 in black Togo very reasonably and need a workhorse bag. Should I do it? Love shape and function, but am also considering a vibrant blue and Bolide 35 (shoulder strap etc). Now do I shoot myself in the foot buying an in between bag or will I love it so much I won’t even consider the Bolide anymore?

Just a word of warning, I've already had one sale cancelled because Posh won't use any shipper but Canada Post, and they're on strike. Hi just purchased a Chanel Union Jack Clutch preowned in v.g.c.

Need an Expert to advise me please.

Should the strap be attached on one side permanently checked online and some are or is it like this normally where it can be easily detached and just used as a clutch attaching on one or either side only. ?
If that makes sense. Or is this clutch faulty?

I would love it to become a bag.
One end of the strap has a dog clip the other doesn't just the chain curb link on the other end so can't be attached without attaching it to the other side of the strap which has the dogclip,
but the main zip closure has a ring attached to it as does the other end of the clutch near the closed zip end.

I need something that will attach the ring to the chain link to transform my clutch into a shoulder bag. Tried my bottle keyring with a dogclip but it's heavy and can pull back and open easily.
Any ideas?

If it's faulty it's needs to go back and if I can find a clasp to transform it into a bag I'm keeping it. It's stunning.

I’d love some wisdom from those with more experience. I love heritage leather and have been looking for a sellier box Kelly 28 that’s not black. I’ve found one in great condition from the 90s but it’s $14K which is approaching the in-store price.

Just this past week I’ve found out I’m likely to be offered a box Kelly 28 in-store.

I’ve read multiple threads praising the quality of 90s box but is it worth paying almost the same as new?

I wanted some advise regarding my next purchase and an upcoming milestone. I'm expecting my first child and only recently I found out it's a baby girl. 🌸
To celebrate this occasion, I want to treat myself to one of these items:
- Baignoire mini bangle watch, in yellow gold.
- Diamond tennis bracelet with matching mini stud earrings
- JUC bracelet regular size with diamonds in yellow gold

Few things to note, on the daily I wear my set of 3 rings that are in mixed metals. See the image attached. I wear YG necklaces and a rolex watch, with my rings whenever I go out. Other than my wedding and engagement ring that are in WG, my jewellery collection is yellow gold only.

I'm more of a watch person than bracelet. And a solid gold watch seems like such a lovely present to pass down to my daughter. It'll be timeless and since it's slim, it'll look so youthful on her.

A tennis bracelet too feels like a great idea, it is easy and carefree to wear, pairs well with rolex too. Matching mini solitaire studs will be a beautiful wearable piece for my daughter.

Now, I've always wanted a JUC with diamonds, but found that I struggled to keep up with the price increases on that particular piece. The problem with JUC is that it's hard to stack it with my rolex and I am unsure if id like to wear it on the other hand as I keep my left hand jewellery free. That's just my style and preference.

I feel pressured to buy a cartier item first as soon I'll be priced out and paying anything more than what it currently is will be difficult to justify.

Please let me know your thoughts and any advice will be greatly appreciated.
