Louis Vuitton pochette Métis east west

Hi! I recently ordered on LV’s website the Pochette Métis east west. When I was inspecting the bag, I noticed that the bag didn’t have a rectangular leather tag stamp (like the website pictures) but instead just a normal stamp. Is this normal? I attached my picture and websites picture as reference.

Replacement Dustbag?

Hi Friends! Quick question that I'm hoping someone can help with... I recently purchased a preloved Square Mini that didn't come with a box or dustbag; I've been able to find a replacement box however, I'm having trouble finding a replacement, authentic dustbag. I purchased one on eBay that's just arrived which unfortunately feels cheap and nasty, so I've requested a refund. I'm wondering, does anyone have any suggestions, or recommendations of a reputable seller so that I can complete my full set? I have read that Chanel doesn't sell replacements, so I'm feeling a bit stuck.

Many thanks!

Help with Chanel 19 so black bag decision

Hi everyone, does anyone have any experience of the Chanel 19 so black bag? I understand that the top handle has leather woven through it. In photos it seems to stop the chain from laying flat, and I think that this would bug me. They are very expensive of course, and hard to find, so I just wanted some advice.

HELP ME DECIDE: Cartier Love vs. Tiffany Hardwear Link

Tiffany Link vs. Cartier Love

  • Cartier Love

    Votes: 14 35.9%
  • Tiffany Link

    Votes: 25 64.1%

I am adding an everyday bracelet to my stack (right now I wear a Rolex datejust on one wrist, and a small tennis bracelet on the other as daily pieces) and I was VERY set on the Tiffany HardWear link bracelet (medium thickness) until Cartier came out with their love bangle in a new medium size that hinges. Previously, I never gravitated towards the Love as the regular size was a pain in the A to take on and off (I hate sleeping in any jewelry) and the small size just felt too tiny.

What would you get? Pictures are of both pieces on me. If I go the Tiffany route, I'll probably get the matching earrings, too.

Help curate ideal rounded and almost minimal bag collection?

Dear ladies! I’ve been enjoying purseforum advice but never posted myself so I think I’m ready to ask for help on growing my bag collection.

My maximum I guess is 12 luxury bags 🤞but now I have 6:

LV Alma bb
LV New wave
Balenciaga city mini black ghw
Balenciaga city mini silver
Chanel easy flap grey caviar shw
Y toy Lou Lou black
(plus two SLGs JW Anderson clutch
Cartier round vintage mini bag, lets not count them pls:))

I’d love to add a Diane or/and Noe GM - two casual bags
Speedy 30 soft black (just gorgeous bag)
White mini lady Dior
a Niki Saint Laurent as an everyday bag
And some fun pink bag (occasional not decided on a style, open to your recommendations)

So that my collection looks like at the picture:

My goal is to have as many as I can REALLY use. So for now I plan to sell Toy black Lou Lou and Chanel easy flap. Cause once I have YSL Niki these seem to be kind of repetitive.

Also I wanted to ask whether you think the new wave will serve me the same purpose as Balenciaga and Capucines at different occasions (all small, black with stark ghw). I’m reluctant to part with it yet (almost new).

Another question is whether I need two monogram bags. I initially wanted a Noe since it’s such a classic, but when saw Diane loved it too. And once I have a Noe will it be repetitive to Speedy soft 30.

Any thought will be appreciated TIA.

P.S. Sorry for writing that much but I live very far from all luxury shops and have to shop through a buyer which is a quest in my country. So I’ve been overthinking maybe. Hugs!

Trench as an everyday bag? Feedback!

I have my eye on a kelly 28 retourne. I got my first last year a BBK 32 sellier and it's lovely, I just find that I only reach for it on a bit nicer outfit occasions! I want to add a retourne for every day and go back and forth between gold and etoupe. I found a pristine TRENCH 28 and really love the color, but wonder how it does as an everday bag color. I haven't been able to find a lot of posts about it and would love some feedback. This one is a big purchase and want to make sure it's a GOOD ONE!!!

How has your Puzzle bag aged?

Hello everyone, I could really use insights from longtime Puzzle bag users! If you've had a puzzle bag for 5+ years and used it a lot (especially in lighter colors), can you please share photos or details on how the leather has aged?

I'm on the fence about keeping or returning a small puzzle bag in grained calfskin leather, color-sand. The bag is in great condition and holding its shape well but I can't tell if it's because the previous owner barely used it or if the bag won't soften more than it already has. It's just a little boxier and stiffer than I expected so I'm wondering if it will soften with more time, similar to the smooth leather puzzle bags.

This is the only video I've found with a really old puzzle bag after 8+ years but it's in the smooth leather- Login to view embedded media And this is the oldest video I found of a puzzle bag in grain leather, but it's only 5 years- Login to view embedded media

Neutral beige lovers

I’m attaching photos of my neutral beige/brown bags for comparison. My mini rectangular is from the 24B collection dark beige, my small 31 dark beige from 24S, my classic medium flap not sure of the season but it is a beige Clair and the cognac color bag in the back is from 23A and my new classic small flap in the front is from 24K light beige. You can see the how different my new small flap is, even though it is called beige Clair. It has more of a pinkish tone rather than a yellow gold of the original beige Clair.

Schlumberger 18K Gold Two Row Rope Ring

I'm in the market for a right hand ring to primarily wear when my other jewelry is yellow gold. One that's caught my eye is the Schlumberger 18K gold two-row rope ring. I have chunky hands and like this ring for its smaller width and profile compared to the classic Schulumerger 16 stone ring. I will probably look at both options when I make it in to the store. Right now I'm wondering if anyone here has the two row rope ring and can post mod shots.

Chanel large heart bag

Hello I’m thinking of letting this go. It’s the black large one that I’ve never used to date. Will I regret it?

I’ve not really been one to sell many bags as I don’t buy to resell and I do collect but I’m thinking I perhaps need to let some go. Really conflicted as to whether I’d regret this as it’s kinda iconic…

Sell or keep?
