Hello. My old CA reached out to me to sell a high rise bum bag which was returned the week of release. I purchased the returned bag and have used it since Sept 2023. Recently the Monogram canvas began to crack. I took it to my new CA who inspected and took photos but was unable to locate the RFID microchip. I am worried that I bought a counterfit. The CA who sold me the bag no longer working at LV either. Any thoughts? I tried for hours to locate the microchip and was unsuccessful. 😥😥😥

Dos anyone have experience with removing stickers on vintages bag, from the metal? Rhe bag I'm looking at is from 1992 and still appears to have the stickers on the metal - would removing them ruin the metal you think?

Hi everyone, I’m new to Goyard. I just bought a Brown and Tan Mini Anjou through Distance Sale. I just picked it up yesterday, but I didn’t pay attention to details that time. Today, I just saw a black spot like ink at the bottom of the bag (on the side of the Tan color). I tried to use warm water to spot clean, but it doesn’t come off. I did sign off for a final sale, and I know Goyard is so strict in return and exchange policy. Therefore, I want to ask if anyone has luck with exchange or return? Is it possible to exchange if it’s defect? I’m so disappointed now because I was excited for my first piece, but it came as a defective item.

Has anyone had their earring post modified and could you tell me about the process? I’ve tried the Alhambra MoP earrings on in the past and hated the way they sit on my ear so I am wondering if I could have the post modified to make them work for my ears better. I don’t live near a store but going to NyC in a few weeks but I am nervous about how we’ll know what adjustments are required for me to be happy with the placement. Would love to hear others experiences. Thanks!

I was weighing my Celine Luggage Tote and realized that in different threads on this forum (and on other parts of the internet), a lot of people mention that their bags are especially heavy, but not everyone agrees. "Heavy" is so subjective! Plus, when looking into this further, I found that some people in the past on this forum have said that different years of even the same Luggage tote size and leather type were lighter than others.

Since so many of us buy pre-loved and there may not be new Luggage totes coming out to compare in real life, I thought it could be a really good resource to pool together.

So: how much does your Celine Luggage weigh and what is its size? I'll go first -- if you can include the year and have a picture, put that in too!

I'll go first: Celine Luggage 2011 (bought preloved recently) weighs 2.3 pounds (around 1000 grams), which I consider light.

This is a sight rant, sorry, but not really. To the high YSL execs that be, please start having more items in stock. I have TRIED to buy at least 5 different items off the website that are no longer available. These have been classic and new releases. I understand the exclusivity thought, but I also want to be able to buy items that I want. I’ve gone on the waitlist and have been notified at 3-5am that it’s available, only to see its not anymore at 6am. Only to get back on a waitlist! It’s ridiculous that you don’t want my money. This isn’t recreating exclusivity when I see these items on influencers (that probably got it for free) when I’m willing to pay. It’s making me look elsewhere and SPEND elsewhere!

As many of you, I am a lover of luxury branded shoes and have been buying them for about 20 years now.

Despite taking care of them, taking it to cobblers etc a number of ny shoes are just very old.

I have kept them in their boxes despite not wearing them anymore and some have been kept for years. I am wondering what do you do with your old worn luxury shoes? Do you chuck them out? Donate them?

For some reason, I can bear to bin them but feel the shoes are too worn or out of date to be sold or donated... any suggestions??

Here are some of the bags that I have in my collection. I dress up pretty casually and was going to pair the bag with either sneakers or ballet flats. Appreciate any input 😊🙏

Is it just me or has anyone had issue with the customer service at Bulgari in the Sydney Castlereagh st store? I purchased a seduttori serpenti bracelet over the phone and I asked the SA (Sheralyn) to include a cleaning kit and travel pouch which she said she would. At the same time, I asked her if she could include a cleaning kit for my niece who had bought Diva earrings and necklace from her at Bulgari not long ago, but the kit was out of stock at the time when my niece purchased. Sheralyn said she would arrange this as well and convey it to her colleague as she will be on leave.

When I went to pick up the bracelet, Grace, the SA who looked after me, told me curtly that those items are strictly "1 per customer" and there is a "SPEND MINIMUM" for those items. I had to point out to her what my niece had spent to the tune of AUD$16k.

This is a first for me at a fine jewellery house where I've been told that there is a spend minimum for a travel pouch and a cleaning cloth. I received the cleaning kits (albeit begrudgingly) but not the travel pouch. Since the store didn't elaborate what the spend minimum was, I communicated with someone on Bulgari online chat who only passed the buck onto the Sydney store again. I asked what the spend minimum was and why didn't Sheralyn just leave a written note with my bracelet regarding my request? A few days later, I received a text saying that they have kits in store and can I confirm that my postal address matches what they have on my profile?!! No explanation on that spend minimum or experience, whatsoever. It was like throwing a bone would keep me sated??!!

This isn't the first time that I've had crappy experience at Bulgari. I tried purchasing the said bracelet couple of years ago and I messaged my (then) SA, Lucas, but he didn't reply and after a week of no response, I tried purchasing online and it didn't go through, I messaged the Bulgari whatsapp asking them to help me complete the sale before the price increase and I didn't hear from them for couple of days until the morning of the price increase. The SA was very willing and ready to help me make the purchase after the 10% increase. Needless to say that experience put me off from making the purchase at that time.

After seeing my niece make her purchase, I thought customer service would have improved, but it seems there is no after sales customer service at all. I'm not one for building a relationship with an SA but I do expect some standard of service and accountability.

Noone has addressed the question on "what is the minimum spend."
Has anyone on this forum heard of such things at Bulgari?

Does anyone have either the heart link bracelet or necklace that can post pictures? I'm looking to purchase some on a resale site and I'm having a hard time distinguishing the stamping on authentic pieces from those that aren't. I've seen so many different stamps and even "trusted" sites have different stamping. Thank you!

For those of you who have either the new Pouchette Accessories or the monogram multi-pouchette, can you tell me what the length of the chain is? To be clear I mean that shorter gold chain that usually hangs. I have a really old pouchette accessories and my leather strap is super old and short so I'm trying to replace it with a chain I can find that's closest to the one being sold now.

I heard someone say they don't like buying white gold because they look like silver anyway.

Is this a popular opinion?

Let's say you're in the market for the Tiffany hardwear medium bracelet - with its chunky utilitarian aesthetic, I can see how people will think the white gold is silver. If you're cool toned and suit white gold, given the price tag, will it make you buy the yellow gold version so it won't be mistaken for silver?

Just on pure aesthetics of the bracelet alone (i.e., not considering your skin undertone - whether or not you suit white gold or yellow gold), which one looks better in your opinion?

I’m thinking about adding a Chanel 19 in the small/medium size to my collection this year and would love to hear your opinions. It seems like a very functional and convenient bag with good capacity, which is exactly what I need. My current Chanel bags are all on the smaller side, and while I tend to pack light, I sometimes need to carry extras like a phone charger and two pairs of glasses (sunglasses and reading glasses). My usual bags feel a bit tight for that, so I was thinking the 19 could be a great option for full-day outings.

That said, I’m wondering if you all feel like the bag still looks fresh in 2025 or if it’s starting to feel a little dated. The big chain trend was definitely strong a few years ago, but I’m not sure how it’s aging now. Do you think it still has that timeless appeal, or is it more of a trend piece?

Also, do you see the Chanel 19 in black color as more of a winter bag because of its puffier, cozier look, or do you think it works just as well in the summer months? I’d love to hear any experiences, thoughts, or styling advice from those who own or have considered this bag.

I ordered a bag from eBay ILD. I tried to cancel within 2 hours of ordering but was denied the cancellation.

The bag was a satchel and I decided to order a smaller shoulder bag. Which I did the same morning.

Anyway, on my way to contact eBay ILD for clarification. The post office said six days ago the delivery failed.

Now, I think I speak and read English, but this email is unclear to me. USPS says, "I tracked the package, and it was returned to the office for address verification. The package was returned to sender. I gave the tracking number to the carrier to keep and to inform management once receive. I will keep on eye on the package until deliver. I advised the customer to reach out to sender." I did not type this incorrectly. This is what was sent to me.

I tracked the package and it hasn't moved since last Saturday. Today is Friday. I have never wasted so much time over a return.

My refund was already given. I hope the bag goes to Dooney and doesn't end up delivered to me. If it does, Dooney needs to send me a free return label.

eBay ILD has good prices, but I think I'll stop buying until this gets settled. I returned a second bag this morning. I hope the problem doesn't happen a second time. The shipping label was exactly the same. Also, I paid return shipping on both items. Great service USPS.

Hello all, I just got a vintage LV Amazon bag from Whatnot and my heart sank after seeing the inside pocket 😭. on the live before the bid she did say "sticky pockets" but this more or less is fuzzy and black. I did try cleaning it with vinegar, water and acetone with minimal payoff. I left it in the garage with an ozone maker running for a few hours today. Here are pics and I will post more when the cleaning products I ordered get in. Any input on how to fix this issue? And sorry I need take more pics of the back pocket. It's supposed to be brown but it's covered in black fuzz😩
