has anyone tried this? looks tempting but I think it's more of a gimmick. and you would be confined the colors they offer - no mixing of colors

I know a not uncommon complaint is that clients are required to pre-pay for an item or a SO and then they find out that the item is not available or the SO is not going to be made as requested, but rather with an unexpected change and the client is offered a credit as opposed to a refund. Something like that is not an okay “policy” in my book and I would think it expected that you would argue for a refund.

(I put policy in quotes as I recognize that there are different rules for different clients and there are few, if any, across the board, across the world policies)

I just bought a pre-owned JUC (regular size with diamond tips, old style lock) from a well reputed reseller website. However, upon receiving it, I noticed that the serial number format is not the same as all my other Cartier pieces (even old ones), which is usually 3 letters + 3 numbers. This bracelet has 2 letters, gap, 4 numbers. I checked with the reseller and they said they will send me the authenticity report and the serial number format is different as it is an older model.
To those with older JUCs with diamond tips, could you let me know if your bracelet serial number is in the regular 3 letters+ 3 numbers format or were there bracelets made with different serial number formats too? Here is a pic for reference - it has 2 letters, and 4 numbers after a gap.
I can still return it but wanted to check if this is indeed a format Cartier has used previously.
Any information on it will be appreciated!

Does anyone think MCM is like the HCL handcrafted leather bags? It’s so weird to me that they were both established in 1976 and both in Germany. Don’t get me wrong, some bags look amazing with it, but I’ve been looking for a black mini rectangle everywhere in regular gold hardware, and it just seems to not exist?!

I feel like regular gold and the black is just such a stunning combination!

There are so many other bags as well, that I wish they would just make it with regular gold cause the color combination would just be so much more stunning!

Got my first guilloche piece and I noticed that there’s a gap on all the sides of the clover under the light. I was under the impression that only the gem pieces had air gaps because they need breathing room. Does anyone else’s guilloche have small gap between the perlee border and the motifs?

Attached is a photo of what I’m seeing. It’s not visible straight on but if I hold it up to light or sunlight I can see gapping. Pls let me know, this is my first piece and idk if it’s normal or not! 🙏

Hello all. My hubs gifted me the serpenti hoops with omega back clips back in Oct 2024. After service department received my earrings Nov 2 to have the backings loosened.

Jan 29, 2025 my hubs received a text that the store (DC location) would receive them within a week. To keep an eye out for updates.

Today I called to check the status. They have yet to start working on my earrings.
Been 3mos. So frustrating.

I have a color related question... I'm very much in love with the color etoupe, my wardrobe contains mostly of neutrals, beige, brown, grey, black and denims (blues) and while I absolutely love the color gold and think its a stunning neutral its too much off a pop for my liking...

Therefore Im very much leaning towards Etoupe, in my bag collection, I have a Empreinte Speedy 35 in the Color Tourterelle... I was wondering does anyone have both, or know, how these two compare?

Are colors that are available in the small size usually also available in the medium size as well?

I can only find the small size in the color I want, but would really like it in the medium. Don’t know if I’m on a futile pursuit though, haha.
