I placed an order from SaksOff5th recently. My order came- and to my surprise there was *also* a pair of Lagerfeld sneakers with it (I did not order). Not listed on my invoice. No other info in the box.

2 days later, another Saksoff5th box arrived-which I thought was weird- with my info (even a map for the delivery guy lol) and my address all over it- but inside was someone’s entire order:
A casual dress, sneakers, little earrings.
Nothing super expensive.

So weird. I tried looking up the person on the slip on social media (there wasn’t a phone number) but she isn’t on FB or IG.
My husband is basically like “screw that corporate conglomerate, we will give this stuff away”
But I feel bad for the people that are prob tracking their stuff and it says delivered?
What do you guys do with these extras that these companies accidentally send? I can’t be the only one.

**This happened with Bloomingdale’s- I called them to actually send the added item back- and omg what a pain in the butt it was. They even wanted me to drive the item to the store (which was an hour away) at first.

Seeking the best piece at or under $4500 this year and would love some help from fellow jewelry addicts!

I love Cartier and own the classic love + Diamond JUC. Considering the small love but somehow I feel that I should spend this budget on something fewer people have?

Im afraid the budget won’t allow for a tennis bracelet or necklace of a higher carat weight than the classics I received for special occasions in the past so those are out too.

Any ideas?

I love edgy designs in yellow gold. Was leaning towards adding to my bracelet stack but the budget might be limiting for that.

Has all the Neiman VCA been closed already? I just got a text from an SA that their VCA has been closed until end of October and will re-open as a lease VCA, what does that even mean. This is so sad.

The SS2023 show is out. Seeing a lot of eggshell clothes, fishnet, large unstructured hand held bags, some clutches, and circles everywhere.

I think the camera angles make it hard to focus on the clothes though.

I was in search of a small logo-free bag that would fit two phones and a car key fob. I came across the small Darley and started learning about Mulberry here. Although it is quiet in this subforum these days, I really appreciate the knowledge shared from past and present Mulberry owners. I wish I had the lifestyle for a proper Bayswater back in the days! For now the small Darley is the perfect work day, and business conference bag.



This small bag checks many boxes -
The leather is very supple and not plasticky.
Mulberry green is a dark neutral and pairs well with my outfits.
The main interior is lined in nappa leather while the slip pocket, zippered pockets and card slots are lined with fabric.
The chain strap comes with a leather section. The previous version of Darley comes with full chain only.
The chain strap is removable to convert the bag to a clutch.
I didn't want to get a camera bag because I have many zippered bags. The turn lock is easier to open with one hand.


I am already eyeing my next Mulberry!

Has anyone heard about this brand before? I feel like it's pretty similar aesthetic to Bottega Veneta without the hefty price tag. Material seems durable too!

This week, Burberry announced that Riccardo Tisci will be leaving the company, with Daniel Lee (UK native) being appointed the new Chief Creative Officer.

I have been waiting for this day to come (feels like much longer than 5 years)!!!! Personally, my family and friends lost interest in Burberry after Christopher Bailey stepped down.
Under Tisci, most RTW felt far too edgy, loud and bulky. We sincerely miss the classic prints and fit. I am hopeful Daniel will bring some of this back.

Fashion and style is subjective, so I am curious how you feel about Tisci departing? Did you like the direction he took Burberry in? Perhaps your interest in Burberry grew with Tisci as CCO, especially with the new prints, bags and accessories? Or do you also miss what the heritage house was under Bailey?

Hi- I'm still on the hunt for a combat boot and came across this Louis Vuitton patent leather boot!
I love the height of these, the chunky but not too chunky bottom and classic look! Does anyone know if these are comfortable ? Are patent leather boots generally comfy? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

It doesn't show up on my online account - I did call and they said that it won't be on there until I've collected my order in store - is this correct?

Will they let me know when it's been dispatched at least, or will you just be told when it is in store ready for collection?

I’m a huge GDRAGON fan and it looks like these magazines are only given to the high spenders. When I stopped by the store to get a brooch, they said it’s a hit or miss if they get it or not. I have been wanting a monogram bumbag forever but couldn't get my hands on one because they sold out so quickly. I just picked one up on Ebay and after having Ebay authenticate it I really thought they made a mistake. I had it authenticated by another company and it is indeed authentic. If you look at the two leather loops holding onto the top handle you can notice a very different leather. Then under the front tag it isn't the rough usual leather but a coating...I know Louis Vuitton VERY well but honestly Ive taken several years off and focused on Hermes. I am totally shocked. I truly thought it was a mixture of real LV and some fake. Is this what the quality is now? If this is their new standard then Im going to be more thoughtful in my purchases with them in the future. Has anyone seen the same?

I recently purchased a Cartier Panthere Gold 22mm watch from a popular resale site. I just received it today and notice a lot of differences between it and what I have seen on the official Cartier website. The band pattern is completely different, it says “Swiss” instead of “Swiss Made” and the dial seem more off white than white. Could this watch be fake or maybe just a different model and not actually the Panthere?

I have two leather doctor bags and on the frame of the doctor bags which they are wrapped in leather are peeling. I have carried both bags once. The brown one I carried from my house to the car and sat in the car when we got to our destination and back home. I didn't carry anything extra. I am actually very delicate. Is this something that normally happens to these bags. I have attched photos of the peeling. They are both leather bags.

I'm going in the US (New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Boston) on saturday and I'm super undecided which bag should I bring with me! The only one I'm sure is my Balenciaga City mini light beige because it's very comfy. I'd obviously like to bring another one with me, and the decision is between those bags:

• LV Palm Springs Mini : It fits a lot, it's cute but I'm afraid it's a little bit bulky.
• YSL Niki Medium : It's black, so it goes with everything, it fits a lot more than all the other bags I have BUT I'm scared to ruin the front logo if people hits me.
• Gucci Marmont Camera Bag : it's nude, and I alreay bring the balenciaga which is a neutral one, but the gucci is the most versatile and comfy. And I don't use it very often because it got me a little bit bored.
• YSL Woc (the bigger of the two) : It fits NOTHING, but my husband is bringing his balenciaga backpack so I don't see it as a big problem, I would put inside just the phone, cash and documents.

Which one would you choose?

Guys, I’m struggling debating between keeping my brand new black empreinte pochette metis or returning it to LV.

I have loved it for over 1 year and it feels like this bag always belonged to me. I love it. But the logos feel very present and I don’t know if I would feel comfortable using it.

I would certainly not use it for work (don’t want to be judged for the logos) only for traveling/weekends. But I don’t travel a lot and during weekends I mostly go to dinners/clubbing, where I wouldn’t take this bag.

Please help me!! I am used to low key bags like my Celine nano belt bag and the alma bb in epi leather, I am afraid of judgements/bad comments.

I have recently bought tons from Fendi boutique and spent a pretty penny on their RTW as well. I am wondering if anyone knows how the VIP gifting works for Fendi since it isn't discussed much anywhere. Recently, I saw some posts of people receiving moon cake gifts from Fendi and wondered if it was something I could have just asked my SA for.

I am absolutely obsessed with all things Fendi at present that friends and family already think they sponsor me LOL

I was looking at old Celine threads and I came across these two pictures:



I personally have never seen box bags in these conditions and my own personal ones still have a clearly defined shape with no "wings" on the flap from the strap. I do have a few scratches, but we all know that's a given with this bag Have any Classic owners ended up with bags similar to the ones pictured? If so, how long have you had them for? I've had my bags for ~3 years and I do rotate bags quite frequently, but I'm just kind of shocked at how limp the above bags are lol.
