Cover or Protector for Horizon Soft Duffle 55

Hello everyone

I have a black horizon soft duffle that i absolutely love!! I recently used and notice flecks of mud etc that thankfully i was able to wipe off! So I’ve been on the hunt for a cover/protecter. Given its unusual style I haven’t been successful. Any suggestions? I contacted a place in China that will make me one to the exact specifications of the bag but minimum order is 10 pieces as they will make a pattern etc.

Thank you! 5F3ADC3A-EBCC-423D-ACB8-C7B5D93447C2.jpeg

Tadao tote question!

I’ve been looking for a new work back and stumbled upon the Tadao tote. It’s a gorgeous back with a strap and the interior looks as you can easily organize it. For those who have or have had one- what did you like/dislike about the bag? Does it feel sturdy? Is the bag itself big and bulky? How much can it hold? Thank you in advance *Pic for reference *

Eek. Ink stain

So I unfortunately was careless and somehow got ink stain onto my ostrich calvi! I tried using all kinds of leather cleaner and the color started to come off. I am going to get in touch with my SA and see what her recommendations would be, but prob needs to be taken in. I was thinking of trying to purchase some kind of leather color polish and hopefully it would cover up the ink stain but i am assuming not! Sad this happened but it was bound to happen some time! Ugh and ouch!

Mini Flamenco in Nude or the Bracelet Pouch in green?

Hello!

I’m currently torn between two Loewe bags and need help deciding. I’m currently looking at the Mini Flamenco in Nude or the Bracelet Pouch in Jungle green. For those of you who have either of the bags, I would love to read your thoughts and if either one is worth taking taking the plunge on.

I don’t have any of these colors in my small handbag collection so any would be great addition. I just like my bags to be durable and versatile so I can use casual or dressed up.

I think this bag is underrated....

I went to the mall today tp purchase a Celine Teen Soft..and it was sold out in black. I wandered into the Prada Boutique and the sales professional pulled this out from understock. I passed this bag over on the website based on the dimensions. The price was right, it comes with two long straps (one web and one leather), it has an internal zipper, external zipper and the leather is beautiful. I think it's a great day bag! Something that really bothers me about a lot of bags these days is the price vs. value. It bothers me a lot that a lot of bags come with a pouch vs. the pockets being sewn into the bags.prada bag.jpg

What is the difference between a Mama and a Forever Mama? And other thoughts baguette...

I know, I know, it's not a bag...

Seriously though, what is the difference between the baguettes? What is the mama vs. the forever?

Why am I so drawn the brown Zucca when I traditionally gravitate towards leather?

What's your favorite baguette material? Leather? Suede? Snake? Canvas?

I'm all ears.

Trouble with Fendi lining?

I've been curious about something for a long time. I have a Fendi roll tote that I love (denim with tulle flowers...sorry no pictures right now). I bought it preloved and almost nothing, so did not mind that the lining was trashed. I mean, the satin was thick and divine, but the seam was ripped and shredded. I really don't mind and maybe, someday, I will replace the lining or create a patch or something. But what has always bothered me about that is that I can see how the lining was made, and the seam was not overlocked or cover-stitched, nothing. It was just a seam on a fabric that can easily pull away from a seam.

It kind of made me think, Fendi, dude, really?

But still, didn't worry about it.

Just for grins, I was looking at Baguettes and I saw one on eBay that also had the satin lining pulled away from the seam. I cannot see the underside of the lining, but suspect it too was not overlocked.

But I don't see any discussions about it here. Has anyone else had this problem?

tips/tricks for volume and hair density

I have fine hair, quite fragile, and I really hate how it lays flat on top. I tried many volumizing products but not much seems to work. If anyone has a similar hair texture, what products are you using which gives you high body and volume? As well as which products are you using for hair density which actually work?
At the moment I am using Matrix high amplify shampoo which is ok compared to most other shampoos I used but still not quite satisfied with the amount of volume. I am also looking at the moment for a round hairbrush dryer that is good for volume and styling and wont break the bank.

First Goyard, Cap-Vert or Petit Flot?

This would be my first designer bag, I'm debating between the petit flot and the cap vert in navy or black (would love thoughts on those colors as well). I'm hoping to use this for travel (carrying my wallet, passport, portable charger), and then also be fashionable for when I'm out and about.

Cap Vert Pros:
More casual/simple, so easier to pair?
Outer pocket is very convenient
Can be worn crossbody or shoulder
Zipper for security

Cap Vert Cons:
Worried it's too simplistic of a design for the price
Capacity is smaller compared to the petit flot

Petit Flot Pros:
More of a unique/feminine design
Larger capacity
Strap can be adjusted longer/shorter compared to the Cap Vert

Petit Flot Cons:
I hear the drawstring closure is stiff/hard to manage
A bit bulky to wear crossbody, I wouldn't wear it crossbody
