I just recently bought a preloved authenticated pochette Métis in reverse. I noticed the buckle doesn’t have Louis Vuitton written on it. I’m wondering if some people have it and some don’t. I attached an example of one with the writing and mine without the writing. Any input would be helpful!

Hello. I'm looking for a reasonable authenticator. The problem is when I want something looked at, by the time I get it checked, the item is already sold. I don't want to have to be out of pocket everytime I need something checked. Ebay goes fast and its stressful not knowing if I'll even get to buy the bag. do you have any suggestions? What do you you guys usually do? It's my first B or K and even though everyone says well known Japanese sellers are reputable, I cant help being hesitant. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I want to get a pair of everyday studs that are a little fun and different, and I saw this pair from Verstolo and really liked the concept. I was thinking I might ask to customize a pair similar to this, with one diamond and one gemstone, each about 0.5 ct (so, each earring is about 1 ct) . I'd love to solicit opinions/help on the gemstone.

My eyes are a greenish grey (similar eye color pic below) and I'd love to find a gemstone that makes them pop (ideally green). My only specifications are that the gemstone has to be clean to the eye and relatively durable (e.g. not emeralds). I absolutely love alexandrite but I think that stone is best when it's > 1 ct.

Pros; super cool, edgy and fab. Matching pieces are fun !
Cons; The post moves and can see the ear hole slit. ( LOL) This happens to everyone I have seen.

Love earrings
Pros ; Classic, elegant and love the size. Comfortable and simple.
Cons; Basic? Friend said boring and looks like every other hoops. Can't see top and bottom diamond.

I have played with both and am 50/50 on which pair.

Have any of you gotten the holiday gifts from Hermès? Last year I happened to stop by the store around Christmas time and my lovely SA gave me 2 boxes of decorated shortbread cookies for my children. They loved it, and I can’t seem to find the same Christmas shortbread cookies that have the same texture or same taste to it. This year they have the ginger bread and they loved it to… they love Hermès sweet treats!

Hi all! Would be super grateful for your help! I bought a Chanel classic mini in black lambskin about two weeks ago. I really loved it but when I unboxed, I noticed two scratches on the flat quilts on the side of the bag. They're only noticable in a certain light so I didn't spot them when I was in the store. Unfortunately they don't buff out. I really love this bag but when I'm paying so much money for it, I want it to be perfect. That said, with the never ending price increases and the fact I got super lucky finding this bag in the first place, I'm wondering whether I should keep it, especially becuase the marks aren't immediately obvious. Alternatively, I could try to find a different colour mini, if the blacks are all out of stock by now. But because i justified buying the black as an investment, i want to know if the other colours hold their value as well as the classic black mini?

I received a VeRO removal notice that one of my listings was reported and removed by Fendi. In reading the takedown notice, the removal was a Coach bag!

It is/was a small bag and I'd used various terms (pochette, baguette) as the type of bag, thinking those terms are generic.

But NO!!! Like "speedy" for LV, "Birkin" for Hermes, and other trademarked styles, "baguette" evidently belongs to Fendi.

Apparently, the violation is a KWS (keyword spamming) one but rather than a simple ebay removal (which ebay rarely acts on), this one came from the designer.

I'm waiting to hear back from Fendi to verify that I can relist without using their word but please be forewarned!
