Hi PF! Question for you all. I have been a shopper at Hermes for a little while (small items here and there). I want to start building a relationship. I met a sales associate and a sales specialist. The SA is very unresponsive. I really enjoy working with her but she is very busy (I'm guessing I'm lower priority since I am a newer client). I met a sales specialist recently who I also adore. Does anyone know if there's a difference between the two? I'm guessing a sales specialist is more junior? I don't mind. Eventually I would love to qualify for a quota bag but I'm so early in the journey I wouldn't expect one for years or until I build my profile. Any advice?

I have a hinge on a hard case (manoir briefcase) that is loose. It needs a repair by goyard and it is the hard, not soft briefcase. How do i get this done, im uin the USA, but not near a goyard store. I am the original owner and purchased from london goyard.

I was at my limit but my SA let me create a new profile under a family member so I could score this !!

Hi! Does goyard’s tan leather trim and straps change color over time with use? Does it get darker or develop a patina?

Hi all, I’m in a quandary between two bags, I can’t decide! I’d love some help. I am looking at the LV Buci in black and in honey, as well as the YSL 5 a 7 small souple shoulder bag in the wine colour or black. I have all black bags and sometimes think I’d like a change but then I chicken out. I also mostly have crossbody bags, my only real shoulder bags are the Onthego mm and my Citadine. Hi all! I’ve been looking at Aquamarine CBTY necklaces to go with my CBTY bracelet and came across a reseller who claims that their 1/4 ct aquamarine CBTY necklace is an authentic, retired style.

Is there anywhere I can see the history of this line to learn more? I get a little nervous with resellers but obviously can’t get this size directly from Tiffany. Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone! I have been looking for a k32 - would function as a workhorse and for travel when I need to take more than just wallet and phone around .. SA informed me of a Craie Togo K32 that came in and while I know I will love the bag I am nervous for it to get dirty quickly —we have 3 kids we are traveling with. I also have a c18 in epsom in nata and have had no issues w color transfer and getting it dirty but am concerned it could be more of an issue w a larger bag. Does anyone have this bag? Am I being too paranoid ?

I’m having a hard time deciding! I really like the sweet Alhambra butterfly bracelet next to the small JUC - it’s very cute and dainty! But I also really love the classic vintage Alhambra bracelet. It looks a little big next to the small JUC, so I’m worried about scratching, but I have the matching vintage Alhambra necklace so I think matching would be nice too. They’re both so beautiful! I’m having a hard time choosing… any thoughts?

Looking at the new GG Marmont Matelasse Mini Flap Shoulder Bag. I love that it is a bit of a different shape + the alternate straps.
I‘m wondering if anyone has this bag and knows what it fits and how it would wear day to day?
I have 2 young kids and end up using a Longchamp bag to chuck in their drinks and food, or my iPad etc. when I’m on the go for work.
I‘ve got quite a few WOC bags but I don’t end up using them because I am always trying to shove my phone etc. in there quickly and I get frustrated when they don’t fit (I probably try to squeeze too much in a tiny bag!).

I’m looking at getting something slightly bigger than a WOC, a lightweight bag, fine for casual every day use (would literally use it every day) - bonus points if it can be dressed up. I just need to fit my normal sized iPhone 13, lippy, car keys, a few medications and possibly a small card wallet (this isn’t a dealbreaker though as I’m happy to remove my cards and just have them in there).

Haven’t been able to find any reviews online for this bag - so hard with the Gucci bags as the names are all so similar.

I went to Chanel today and fell in love with a trendy woc. It was expecting $3k-$3500 somewhere around there. Floored was my response after I found out it was $4500.

The mini square is currently 4700. Mini rectangle 4900.

Can anyone help me through this with their opinions?

I have a daytime job that I don’t wear designer. My weekends are where I wear my baubles.

I have many a small designer bag (over 7 options) and many (over 7) WOC.

The WOC is the -perfect- pop of color. WOCs are what I use for nice dinners and outings which are maybe equal if not as common daytime weekend events where I would wear a small designer bag.

I’m slightly offended that the WOC is almost as expensive as a mini. Do you guys think the versatility is worth the price?

To me the WOC is easier to travel with, take to a wedding dinner or even dinner etc… but man!!!! That price tag!!!!

I really love slouchy styles but it seems they have canvas issues-like metis hobo, artsy etc
If it cracks can it be replaced?

I have a mini trip coming up but since I don’t travel a lot, i wanna be able to use it daily too. Currently in between the Palm Springs mini or the mini bum bag.

Im not super familiar with all the collections etc but I read that there are quality issues with the PSM? And it’s different if its made in France etc than here in the states? Im concerned about that too.

Please help, this is a pretty huge purchase to me!!

I already have RG small love bracelet, and have some money saved up for a new purchase. I found a good deal on a preloved love regular bracelet so I’m really tempted to get it.

But, is that good use of money? Is it better to save for a classic Chanel ( which I don’t own) or buy multiple things ( a non Chanel bag plus Cartier love ring etc) or even a small JUC?

I don’t make such purchases often so I want to be sure . For what it’s worth, I love my small love bracelet and do wear it all the time.

I am thinking of buying a VCA vintage Alhambra necklace for my 50th birthday.
Choosing between:
- white gold white mop necklace
- rose gold grey mop necklace

My only other VCA jewellery is the 5 motif white gold white mop bracelet.

I think my skintone can take all types of metals white/ rose/ yellow gold.
So the consideration would be whether to get a necklace that matches perfectly (but same) or to get the rose gold grey mop which i think is quite special and may stand out more as a single pendant necklace.
Will it look very odd/ mismatched when I wear the bracelet and rose gold grey mop together?

Would appreciate your thoughts and inputs. And if you have similar dilemma. Thank you in advance!

I got myself a Rolex for my big birthday and no longer wear my two tone Ballon Bleu which has gone up a lot in price since I bought it. Unfortunately my inattentive and impulsive self threw away the box and extra links as I never thought I’d sell it, it had been my dream watch for years.
I am getting quoted pennies for it second hand. I am wondering whether to keep it for my daughter who is only 1!

Hey, just wondering how you all store your costume jewellery and brooches to avoid tarnishing? I have silver jewellery and it seems to tarnish fairly quickly when kept in its box. I am worried the same will happen to my chanel pieces.

GM size and comes with the fan and pareo.
Is it silly to drop 3k on a NF, or is this one special enough. I cant decide. Hmmmm….

I saw the necklace and bracelet with the Panthere and Zebra head earlier this year in Dubai. My SA just sent me some pics of a new ring to consider. It's called a Panthere on the website but we think it should be a Tiger instead. There's also a Zebra version.

Is it also harmful when cracked as google search mentions it contains harmful toxics such as asbestos.

Hey Proenza fans, I have two calfskin PS1s that I love, but I never liked the slouchy look the lambskin versions got over time. I can’t remember the last time I considered a lambskin one, but I am now and just ordered an oxblood Tiny and an oxblood Medium on sale. The leather on both definitely seems thicker than I remember. Has it changed? If so, are the bags holding their shape better than they used to? I know I’m not going to keep the Tiny but am torn on the Medium. I’d use it for travel and would not baby it.

Interestingly, the leather on the Tiny seems slightly thicker than the leather on the Medium, and the color is a little different too. The website says that the Tiny is “100% leather” while the Medium is “100% lambskin,” so I asked if the Tiny is calfskin. PS Customer Service said they are both lambskin. Weird.
