Recently spotted a pair of lace up ankle boots that are mainly black leather, but with brown appliques around the "collar" and on the toes.
What color of clothes would you match with boots like these?

I have the option to choose between a Geta in Black or Della Cavalleria in Gold.

I have wanted a Palm Springs mini on and off for a few years.

I have all three Montsouris sizes, but I only use my pm and gm. My mm just lives in the closet.

Would you sell a Montsouris MM and PM and buy a Palm Springs mini? Or would you keep the Montsouris? I’ll probably sell my MM either way because I don’t use it, but I’m toying with the idea of selling the PM as well to put towards the PS.

I would love to get your opinion on which pendant to add/ pair with my frivole pave small earrings?

I currently have the frivole pave small earrings, and the pave BTF ring, considering add a pendant to pair or wear alone. a couple of photos I was trying, large and small frivole pendant, never tried the butterfly. the reason I am considering butterfly is that I heard someone mentioned too many flowers around the face, and butterfly and flower creates this flora and fauna theme. I kind of like this idea, however, it would be nice to have a full frivole set. Well, you see the dilemma here. thank you in advance!

I've been thinking about Hermes brand awareness and how it's seemed to explode over the last 4 or 5 years, which got me wondering, how and when did everyone hear about Hermes? Did you have a relative that introduced you? A friend? Social media? How long were you aware of Hermes before you started shopping there?

For me, I remember googling something along the lines of "the best handbag in the world" and then fell down an internet rabbithole in the late 2000s. I wouldn't end up shopping in the store until years later.

YLS Mini Lou Camera Bag lovers, unite!
We have a new version of the Mini Lou without the tassel and it looks like a winner.

I never loved the tassel detail on the Mini Lou because it makes the bag heavier than it already is, and more cumbersome as it can get tangled with the chain strap. I also think a tassel as a handle pull is not the most convenient and it makes the bag age faster because the wear shows up quickly on the tassel as it has to be fondled and pulled every time we open and close the bag.

Also, the boho look of the tassel makes this bag more casual since the tassel cannot be removed for dressier and formal events. So this version without the tassel makes the bag more versatile as it can be dressed up or down.

The only con I find is that the leather in this new style is not our beloved, indestructible caviar-textured leather. They made this one with smooth leather and called it "shiny." I haven't seen it IRL yet so I'm not sure if it's too shiny or just the perfect amount of sheen, so if anyone has seen it, please do share your feedback.

This style is currently available on the YSL website in black, dark beige and blanc vintage. The "older" version with the tassel is no longer being sold on the YSL site, so we could assume it will be slowly discontinued and replaced by this new version, but who knows.
I for one think removing the tassel was a genius idea and can't wait to get my hands on one of these beauties.

I read that the new Saumur will be released in other sizes too. Is there something known about the meisurements? The BB looks really cute, but much too small for my needs.

Hello! I am looking for a recommendation for a purse for the Fall. I would like an empriente to add to my collection.

I would prefer a small, crossbody but it needs to hold my LV slim purse (use it as a wallet), key fob and Iphone. I thought about the speedy 20 but I don’t like how it is bulky crossbody. Open to suggestions. Was thinking maybe Diane? I prefer more of the relaxed look so not interested in easy pouch. I have 2 neverfulls (GM & MM), Graceful and Odeon but don’t seem to grab them anymore when going out. I wore my pochette from my neverfull MM all summer and that was good but open to something a bit larger as the pochette was bulging with my iphone. Maybe the new Samur if it comes out in leather? TIA

My only caveats: I’m a neutral bag girly, and I won’t invest in classic Chanel or resale Hermes bags as I can’t justify the prices (would rather jewelry or a watch).

Hi all! I’ve always loved the look of Mulberry bags and I finally just purchased my first one! Growing weary of lack of quality of LV canvas so here I am. I’ve avoided leather bags for years because of the weight but this one is so lightweight. I almost returned it for black but I think it looks great in charcoal. This color looks sharp with creams and taupes so need to add some more colors other than black and navy into my wardrobe.

I've just ordered the Speedy B 30 in monogram. I have an older LV bag with vachetta and it was completely untreated and led to a lovely patina. I've heard the odd person saying that sometimes the vachetta handles are now being treated especially on the speedy? Can anyone help explain this? I even watched one review where the bag seemed to have one treated handle and one normal (untreated) handle which resulted in one handle looking a completely different colour to the rest of the vachetta, when the rest of the bag developed a lovely patina. I know LV quality is so so bad now compared to years ago with so many quality concerns and I'm sure that LV would now not replace a bag that had this quality issue so I am really worried about my new bag and wondered how to identify the "treated" leather handles so that I can return it if I get one of those bags.

Does anyone have any info?

I got an ad from Amazon selling Hermes bags. I was flabbergasted so I clicked the link, apparently the bags are being sold by 'what goes around comes around'.
Aside from not knowing if these are legit bags not fakes, would you buy an Hermes on Amazon? How do you feel about Amazon selling Hermes?

I've worn a regular sized yellow gold love bracelet for the last 20 years and think it's time to add to the stack.

It's going to be an everyday wear so I would like to keep it plain (no diamonds). I'm looking at white gold as well because whilst rose gold is AH-mazing, it's too much for daily use for me.

I've spent so much time browsing your stacks and am having choice trauma- can you please help me out? Add it in same regular size or the smaller/thinner version? Please talk me into or out of my options.
