Need some advice here!! Bag lovers for all Goyard St Louis tote, I recently picked up the GM sl in green, for reference I am about 5”4 is it too big on my frame? Should I exchange for a PM instead? Took this pic with the sides cinched in as my SA said the GM is actually nicer to carry and also more chic looking with the sides tucked in.. what do you guys think?

I know the functionality is slightly different between the two, but I would love to add another Goyard to my collection this year. These 2 are the strongest contenders. I am not really looking to buy the bag for a particular function, but still want it to be practical if you know what I mean... Here are my thoughts about the two bags. Please feel free to share yours and your experience.

Mini anjou:
- good small size yet fits all of my daily essentials
- great for days out but not for work
- can be used inside out, the amount of leather feels more substantial
- no zip

Hobo:
- perfect size for travelling and work
- has a zip
- less structured
- I am petite (155cm) and I worry it'd look huge on me

I started my Hermes journey a few years ago, but I didn’t “play the game” meaning I bought in any store without a specific SA

In December, I started to buy with only one SA in my hometown but things didn’t work out. Then I started buying in another city that I go at least 3 times per year, and I finally found a really nice SA. I have started buying with this SA in April. I have spent a total of 20,900 euros with this SA including a picotin and a SO watch. So, I think I have enough pre spend with this SA to ask for my first QB. I would like to gift it to myself as a birthday gift (in November).

I am looking for a Kelly 25, Birkin 25, or Kelly Pochete in Ostrich leather. For a Kelly 25 or a Birkin 25, I was thinking of a grey color, like graphite, or a dark blue color. For the Kelly Pochete could be either gray, dark blue, or any other fun color like rose Sakura

Is it too hard to get? I heard exotics are easier to get and I thought about saying it now so there is plenty of time left until November for the store to receive any of these bags. But I am not 100% sure since I am new.

Also, do you think my color choice is good? What is your favorite color for ostrich leather?

I read online that ostrich leather can get damaged from the oil in the hands. Did this happen to anyone? Is it better to get a darker color for this reason?

Is it ok to ask for it through WhatsApp? Or is it better to ask for it in person?

I saw the Le 5 à 7 smaller shoulder bag and bucket bag discussions, but nothing on the Bea tote. 🤓

This bag was not on my radar, but I have had my eye on the Prada "Medium leather tote" for a while. I came across the YSL Bea last week and was shocked at how buttery soft it is; not surprised to learn it's deerskin (I've had deerskin moccasins, so I know it will only get better with age). The other Le à 7 bags are calfskin; I wonder why the Bea is different... 🤔 Anyway, I started doing mental comparison of the YSL and Prada totes, and I'm leaning heavily towards the Bea (cost vs size, closure/security, and ways to wear being the main reasons; tying the two strings inside the Bea changes the shape). I will also add I never went for the popular YSL "shopping tote" because I dislike/can't carry totes with small/thin straps.

I was curious if anyone else is also considering or already has this bag and to get their thoughts.

I am set to visit Japan this upcoming January 2025.
I understand there is a big consignment culture in Japan, especially with Chanel, Hermes, and Louis Vuitton. However, the bag that I ultimately want is a classic alma BB in black epi leather. What is the likelihood of me finding this bag preloved in Japan for a cheaper price?
I think the experience of just buying the bag in Japan will be a fun, memorable experience, even if the savings are not vast.
Although, if its unlikely I'll find it in these stores, then I'll stick to buying it back in the states.

Currently have a small pink gold Cartier love bracelet without diamond and a small JUC with diamond. For some reason when I wear the pink gold Cartier piece it looks like yellow gold with my skin tone. The actual yellow gold doesn’t look as good with my skin tone though. what would you guys suggest getting?

As some of you may recall, I purchased an 04 True Red First from TRR that was missing its shoulder strap. I went to look and almost immediately found what appeared to be the perfect strap!

An Etsy seller from China who goes by the name BtyByFlora and makes straps for Hermes bags that she says are made from swift leather. She has straps of various lengths, widths and colors and will customize according to your needs. She's extremely friendly and accommodating.

I decided I wanted a strap that was the same length as the flat brass firsts, which is approx 20 inches long rather than the shorter strap that typically comes with Firsts. I looked through her color choices, which appear to be shades of Hermes bags. Unfamiliar with Hermes, I sent her a few photos of my bag and asked her which shade she though would be closest. She said not to worry about it, that she would match the strap based on the photos I sent her. So I ordered the strap and waited.

It arrived about a week or so later and I was so excited and impressed with the quality (the aroma alone when I opened the box was intoxicating!). I hooked the strap onto the bag and started to walk towards the mirror when the strap fell off the bag I was thinking, "Oh no!" When I went to reattach it, I realized why that happened -- the hardware was too small for the O-ring on the Bbag. In my excitement, I hadn't even realized that the clasp didn't fully close when I attached it. Disappointed, I reached out to the seller and explained what happened and requested a return and asked her if she had different hardware. She replied "Not to worry" she'd make me a new one -- and she did and its perfect!

I recently purchased this bag at rome airport and took it out today to wear and have noticed white marks on the leather along with some scratches. I’m now wondering if this is durable? Does thu type of leather get scratched easily? Would i be able to return it in the store where i bought it? It’s been less than 30 days. Do they allow returns? Anyone know?

I have a Neonoe monogram with red interior since 2019, and I noticed recently the canvas has cracked where the structure is going inwards(?).
The glue has cracked as well all over the bag.
Is that a known quality issue?
Are there replacements/repairs or even recalls, if anyone is aware?

I’m deeply heart broken, I plan on buying the leather version and nothing canvas ever again because of this. My speedy 30 Bandoulière of 2017 is in perfect condition.

Thought I’d ask a few questions on Botox and fillers as I am considering getting both. I have been doing my research but would love to get some thoughts from those that have had experience as I don’t know anyone around me that have had these done.
I am thinking of getting Botox for my frow lines and filler for my cheeks. I know they are both not long lasting so wonder even if it’s worth it for a few months.

1. What did you get Botox, filler or both?
2. What type of Botox or filler did you have, hylaronic acid, sculptra, juvederm?
3. Which areas? Target problem e.g. wrinkles, hollow skin
4. Noticeable difference after Botox or filler? Did family or friends notice?
5. Any problems? E.g. bruising, swelling, anything serious?
6. Would get it again? Or if you have had it regularly how often do you get yours?
7. Anything else I should know? Or non invasive skin treatments to consider?

Does anyone have a pair of D&B shoes? How do they fit? What’s the sizing like? How have they held up?

I’m looking at the Regatta PG boat shoes. From the reviews, it seems they run narrow and a half to 1 size smaller, than what you normally wear.

I wear between a 9.5-10 in Sperry’s.
