I remember a manager in H boutique was fired and jailed for selling fakes the boutique in Moscow. last year the whole management and sales personnel in Vienna was changed.
I’m not excluding the possibility of fakes, but Tamara is quite popular, so I doubt she would do it. With popularity comes the scrutiny.

I remember when Blonde salad/ Chiara Ferragni/ 10 years ago was wearing fake K as discussed here back then. She made her name, there was even a documentary about her and she had her own brand. So it could be lucrative business. I personally know an investor in her shoe brand.
Most companies are moving their advertising budget to IG, You tube, Facebook, Tick tock.

I’m thinking about buying this Kelly. But the seller said it has mold from being stored so long and not being used. She said it’s been professionally treated but there is still spot. So my question is do you think I can get out the spot?

I'm looking for some advice on choosing a new watch and would really appreciate your input. I'm leaning towards the Cartier's Panthere, but I'm torn between a few models and open to exploring other brands. I'm looking for a watch that's easy to wear, both in terms of style and upkeep. I prefer something on the lighter side, as I’m not a fan of heavy watches on my wrist.

So far, I’ve tried on and liked the mini versions in stainless steel and yellow gold, and the rose gold with diamonds (small size) and stainless steel with diamonds (small size) options. I did try on stainless steel and yellow gold without diamonds, in the small size. But I feel like I prefer the small size with the diamonds. I love the solid gold versions but feel they might be too much for my casual style and a bit pricey, especially considering they don’t retain value well. That said, I’m not focusing on value retention—I just want a watch I’ll enjoy wearing daily.

Other watches I'm considering are the Rolex Datejust (28mm) and the AP (33mm). I had a chance to try on a larger sized AP. I also tried on the Bvlgari Serpenti, but I’m unsure if its snake design pairs well with the Cartier jewelry I wear daily. Attaching photos of all the watches I tried on so far.

For reference, I typically wear yellow gold jewelry daily—my Love bracelet, small JUC or D'Amour bracelets, and the JUC pendant necklace. I tend to skip earrings in my lower piercings, but I always keep my Maria Tash diamond studs in my upper piercings. While I also have white gold pieces, I’ve been wearing exclusively yellow gold lately. However, I’ll soon be adding a white gold engagement ring to my daily set. Also, technically not jewelry, but I always have my health tracker stainless steel Oura ring on my left hand.

Any suggestions on which Panther model or other brands I should consider? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks so much

Question.. I just purchased a Constance Elan yesterday etoupe with contrast stitching. Do you have any issues with stitching not being regular? I didn't notice yesterday, however now that I am home really looking at lines they are very uneven/crooked with stitching errors. Is yours ok? I am not sure if I should request an exchange as it was my new SA!

Preloved-buyers beware:
I got a superfake bag that even passed Entrupy….

From the beginning: I was so so happy to find a preloved Pochette Metis in like brandnew condition with a deep embossing and no scratched hw. Bought in on a preloved site (kleinanzeigen in Germany) from a private seller. Afterwards I got it authenticated from a third party and with Entrupy. They told it‘s authentic. So I was happy.

Now I wanted the new cognac color and ordered it from the LV website. When it came last Saturday and I unpacked it… oh my lord, there were quite a few differences I realized on the spot! To begin with the completely different look and feel of the leather and lots of small details. So I took pics of both, then I again got it authenticated, now with LegitGrails, and bingo - they deemed it fake!!!
Back to the first authenticator and Entrupy now - bingo, they also deem it fake! A really good superfake!

Now I have to deal with paypal and hope to get my money back (1600 Euros.). Fingers crossed!

Never ever will I buy preloved again, Im totally done!

Hi everyone!! Last year my Husband bought me 2 Graceful’s for my birthday, Damier Ebene and Damier Azur. I absolutely love these bags so much! Throughout the year, I have bought a few other bags, and returned a few bags as they came in due to flaws, I didn’t like the bag, etc. But my Gracefuls have remained my favorite purses. I decided to purchase a Graceful in monogram, with the beige interior on a whim. I paid for overnight shipping, and she arrived this morning!!! I am beyond thrilled with her!!! Since I have had several issues with a few bags that I have ordered recently, I hawked this one over like a crazy woman, and she is absolutely perfect! And a special surprise…she’s made in France!!!! I automatically assumed she would be made in the USA because my other 2 are made in the USA so when I saw that tag I screamed!!! Here is my newest baby and my trifecta!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Hi YSL friends! I’m new to this brand and asking for advice. I’m crushing on 3 bags (2 are same but in different colors). I’m over the mini bags but also petite in stature and don’t want my bag to overwhelm my frame.
1st pic is black on black tote. Felt very comfortable, may be too big for crossbody option.
The last two I like in the small size, debating on black on black or the brown color.

I am cross-posting (both in the Coach subforum as well as the general shopping sub) because this is a warning that should be heeded by ANY buyer of highly faked items and brands.

After doing a search of the site, Legit App / Legitapp.com, I saw that some members have used them.

Although I found a fake Coach bag they authenticated, I went to their website and saw that they do sneakers, watches, clothing, jewelry, accessories, shoes, and luxury handbags (Hermes, Gucci, LV, etc.) as well as other brands.

Their site advertises, "LEGIT APP offers professional authentication services for a diverse range of luxury items. Our expertise extends across eight categories."
and
"LEGIT APP Authentication is your trusted partner for verifying the authenticity of luxury goods. Powered by a combination of expert human analysis and advanced AI technology, we provide accurate and reliable authentication services for a wide range of items, including handbags, sneakers, watches, and more."

The particular Coach fake I found that they'd authenticated had very obvious and multiple discrepancies that should NOT have taken an expert to accurately judge.

Because we've seen "verified authentic" items from various professional companies, it's always a good idea and doesn't hurt to ask on the appropriate TPF subforum.

If they make this obvious a mistake, I can't even imagine how many other mistakes they may have made.

Hi everyone I had a question. I’m thinking about buying this vintage chanel chain belt from a Japan seller for $102. But I’m not sure if it can be saved with it being so tarnished. What do you guys think? Can I get it replated? Is it worth getting or do I pass? Its from 1982

I just recently purchased a kelly 28 retourne from fashionphile and the strap on it is tiny bit shorter than my kelly 28 sellier that I purchased from the boutique.

Logos, the lather, smell of the leather, feet and everything else check out and it feels and seems authentic but the strap is .5 inches shorter on this one..

I came across this new launched video with the information that Dior got a total new bag launched which is despite many tote bags and miss dior flap bags full with logo more classic and on the elegant side. I think it’s firstly inspired by the 30 Montaigne bag but the style and shape is much more curvaceous. What do you guys think of it ? It only comes in one size though and has a strap that’s removable as well. Could be worn just with top handle or with strap for over shoulder or cross body .

I want to buy as my first VCA piece a vintage Alhambra pendant.

I can't decide if I should go for the mother-of-pearl one or for the hammered gold one.

The MOP was always my first choice for the longest time. But it is very delicate and I have to put it off and on to protect it, which can be very annoying with the time. Because of that, I'm afraid that I won't wear it as often.

On the other side I also really like the hammered gold one, which is much more carefree. Here I'm sure, that I will wear it non-stop without worrying about it.

I don't know which one to chose. I prefer the look of the MOP, but the carelessness of the hammered gold one.

Does anyone of you have one of these (or both )?

I can‘t tell for how long I am looking after this specific bag. It must be 10 years I guess. I bought this one second hand. Its the medium one in a greige color. I thought it is more a light beige on the photos but its more a greige color. I hope I can style it since I think the luggage is so effortlessly chic. What do you guys think? Hi! Ive recently purchased a WG bvlgari bzero necklace but through a second hand market. I noticed that even with the weight of the gold, RG or YG are more expensive than WG. I found it weird because in non brand jewelry in japan, WG is usually more expensive so how come its not the same with bvlgari? Love the necklace but its hard to open and close the lock. Thanks
