On ILD they have an extra large Florentine Suzette listed. There is no photo and I couldn’t find anything when I searched online. Anyone have a clue?

Is this Crazy, or is it just me? Is the Pumpkin bag really this rare? (At least a couple of people think so).

A Pumpkin bag just sold for $151,200 USD at a Christie’s auction (Price Realized).


One sold in Dec 2023 for $44,100, which is quite a jump in price.

I truly appreciate that it's a work of art, but I would never have imagined a Louis Vuitton bag selling at this price.

I have had a bunch of stuff in storage in England for years, and finally next year I’ll be able to go home and get most (if not all!) of it back. Some of them are Rebecca Minkoff bags, and (going off topic) some are Ted Baker bags (Ted Baker doesn’t even exist any more!). I can’t wait to show you what I have! Can’t wait for January 2025!

I had eyes on this cutie when it first came but decided to against it because it’s just not practical. However my kids strangely felt in love with this bag to the point of making 2 clay models of it.

Yesterday I was helping my son cleaning his drawer and found these 2 pieces sitting there.

Then I decided to pull the trigger. Today it came home. My precious and meaningful collection.

It was recently our 30th wedding anniversary and my wonderful Husband surprised me with this gorgeous 5 stone diamond anniversary band!!! He had our Jeweler of 25 years custom make it and it took about 2 months for the jeweler to source 5 natural mined diamonds that my husband approved of. My husband specifically wanted each stone to be EXACTLY .30 carats to symbolize our 30th wedding anniversary. He wanted D to E color and for all stones to be at least VVS with no fluorescence. The jeweler called him in several times to look at several stones as he sourced them in and eventually my husband chose the 5 stones that he wanted to be set in this ring. The ring was completed 3 weeks before our anniversary, and my husband hid it in the house along with all of the GIA certificates! We were on a cruise on the day of our anniversary, so the day we returned home my husband got down on one knee and said “will you spend the next 30 years with me?” Introducing my new platinum 5 stone princess cut diamond wedding band!!! ❤️ 💎 💎💎💎💎❤️

Pink chanel vs Black chanel
I found a really good price for a pink iridescent jumbo chanel. However the only other chanel I have is a medium pink. I am cautious about using it since it's so expensive and light color. So only used a handful of times. I know right now jumbos are a good price since people prefer mini or small. I do have a black ysl lou lou medium. Should I get the pink? How is the wear on iridescent colors? Or get the black since I would wear it more? But my ysl is similar style and size.

Hi everyone, I’m looking to purchase my first Goyard and looking at the Artois PM. I currently have a LV Neverfull and it’s a workhorse, I can fit everything into it, it’s easy to throw over the shoulder and travel with. The zipper of the Goyard is so appealing and just wanting to chang it up (all I have are LV’s and one Celine) but was curious about the pros and cons. Thank you in advance!

I am looking for a cute medium sized suede bag (in brown, dark brown, or black that I could carry this winter. I don't want to have to swap out a lot, but I like the suede look in a bag. What would you recommend that you have noticed or had good success with?

I have the Tiffany T true narrow bracelet and I have had it for a year. I love the bracelet and chose it over all of the other popular options such as the Cartier love and Van Cleef bracelet.

However, I have noticed that it will unlatch, and it has unlatched several times unexpectedly. At about the one year mark the clasp bent when I accidentally bumped into something around the house and I had to return it to Tiffany for repair. Fortunately they resolved the issue and provided me with the new bracelet. Unfortunately, that bracelet had a problem with its hinged closure. So they provided me with the a third replacement. The third one is working perfectly, however out of caution, I asked them to add a safety chain to the piece because I was afraid that it could open unexpectedly as it accumulates more wear.

So, has anyone had this experience? And any thoughts on if the safety chain takes away from the clean look looks of a bangle. It’s a beautiful peace, I am just not used to seeing it with a hanging chain and a bit disappointed as I wasn’t expecting to install a chain to fell extra secure.

Should I make peace with the safety chain or ask if there is some kind of side closure that can be installed so there no dangle effect?

Anyone had any of the following done to improve your smile?

1. Composite bonding or composite edge
2. Composite vaneers
3. Porcelain vaneers

Anything else?

My dentist has given me the above three options I can choose from to improve my smile. Would love to know what you went with and why, upkeep, pleased with it years after or would make a different decision. Any experiences please do share.

it’s been a long time since I bought a new bag. I really like the look of the new slouchy bag, but not in canvas because of the vachetta. So I saw the sac sport online instead. It’s not available instorten here, so I have to buy it online.

Anyone know how much the speedy 25 ebene was before they discontinued it?

I was perusing the Fashionphile website today to just see what they have for mini Kelly’s (long-term goal to get one so I occasionally look and contemplate).

While I was on the website, I saw a lot of unique bags like HSS, Kelly Doll Picto (3 of them!), Kelly en Desorde, and the mini Kelly with studs. I was so surprised and it got me wondering, how do these new season coveted bags that are either SO or blue box land on the resale market?

I know there’s the obvious answer of people buying just to resale or a style not suiting your lifestyle like you thought but my mind really wanders to the following questions -

1. If you sold your bag after buying it within the last year or two, why? Do you ever worry about your relationship if you get caught?
2. Does Hermes even track people who get these special offers to see if their purchases land on the resale market? How often are people really getting banned?
3. What would you consider a reasonable time frame to enjoy an Hermes handbag before reselling without raising a red flag to your SA that you’re not in it for the potential gains? (Not that I’d ever let go of my collection, but maybe I would in like 15+ years. I’d imagine most of my collection will need major spa treatment by that point too lol).

I got out of the habit of wearing make up in lockdown. I stayed a little longer than most people and now getting out and about more. I used to use Armani or Chanel mascara that I got at Barney’s. Yeah, that long ago. I recently got a mascara online that’s supposed to be all natural and clean, no chemicals, but my eyes have been watering all day. I’d love to have recommendations for a high-quality mascara that is “natural”.

My birthday is coming up and I’m having a hard time finding what to choose from my wish list:

- Rolex Datejust
- Chanel Classic Flap in Medium
- Van Cleef Arpels Alhambra Pendant in YG with Diamonds

I can only afford one for now and am having a hard time choosing which one to get. I have two Cartier bracelets and Cartier Panthere watch which I love but the Rolex is my dream watch. Same thing with the Chanel CF which is my holy grail hand bag. I have other YSL and Gucci handbags but they just fill a void for my Chanel CF which would also be my first ever Chanel bag. I was also thinking the VCA pendant since I don’t own any necklaces at all.

My partner and siblings suggest Rolex since they prefer jewelry over handbags and think $12K+ on a handbag is not worth it. I’m conflicted because I do want a Rolex but I also love the idea of getting my holy grail Chanel bag. Can anyone share their thoughts or recommendations? Is the price of the Chanel CF “worth” it or should I continue look towards the Rolex or a VCA Alhambra pendant?

I’m very interested to know if anyone saw all three shades IRL/in person of these were all similar or essentially the same but varied in name by market/location. Fashionphile sometimes is not the best with the shade names.

Has anyone ever put a deposit on an item to hold it until they could make it to the store? My husband and I are taking an anniversary trip overseas next month, and as a gift he suggested I pick out a right hand ring to mark the occasion. I’ve been browsing some of the antique and vintage jewelry stores at our destination, and came across a ring that I think could be perfect. So now I’m scared that it will sell before we get over there! I know I’d probably find something else, but this one is quite unique… so circling back to my question, do jewelry stores ever agree to hold an item? I wouldn’t mind paying some kind of fee or deposit, but I really want to see the item in person before making such a significant purchase. However, I also don’t want to put the shop owner off by asking if this is a completely crazy notion! Any thoughts or experiences welcome! Thanks!!
