Hi everyone! So I have 4 bags I’ve noticed keeps getting mold on it. The bags in particular are my mini Lady Dior, Chanel WOC, Chanel mini square and Gucci supermini Dionysus.
No matter how many times I clean them, buy a dehumidifier & an air purifier, putting them in a well ventilated area, my bags still manage to get moldy! I’ve tried spot cleaning with a mixture of water and white distilled vinegar, but nothings working.
I’ve been dealing with this unnecessary “stress” of cleaning mold off of them for over 2 years now and I’ve just about had it. These bags are so expensive and I didn’t pay to give myself problems.
Today I noticed for the first time that mold is starting to grow inside my bags 😭

Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I can send my bags to get professionally cleaned? I’m so desperate. Anything helps!

Seeking advice as a would be first time seller (Aus based).

I've just received an inheritance (large chanel CF) and want to sell my medium black Diorama YG hardware.

As I have never sold anything before, and have heard a lot of PayPal scammers scamming sellers... what would your advice be for a first time seller to sell on her own?
- should I use PayPal or cash only?
- where should I list? here or elsewhere?
- what is the rough estimate for pricing point (bought second hand 2022 for AUD 2.5K gently used)?

Apologies for the repetition but it seems I now have posting privileges! I've been looking at the White Label Watts Camera bag and was wondering if anyone knows if its dimensions have changed? I like the look but I've a continental sized wallet and some websites claim it's anywhere from 7" (which would be a tight squeeze) to 7.75" long (which would be fine). SSENSE states it's 8". The inconsistencies are pretty wild. The numbers for height changes as well. To my eye, the photos of the Watts bag's proportions also look different in different photos :/ Any insights would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

Need some help with suggestions! I have a milestone at work coming up and would love to get offered a special bag. I already have a modest collection of both birkin and kelly bags including exotic and a range of sizes. I also have an HSS, but I don't have any blue box bags. Hi friends. I'm buying my wife a small or medium Andiamo, and we're curious about the suede offerings. The default choice is leather, but we're curious how the sledge holds up. She's a new mom and has a rotation of bags so it won't be used every day for extended periods. But with rain, dirt etc, we don't want to feel like it's too delicate compared to leather. Since this bag has no feet, suede on the floor also seems not great. Thanks!

I like the idea of having 2 bags in one and the absence of vacchetta in the black and brown ones. One side is leather and the other is vacchetta. Has anyone touched them? Are they too slouchy? I own the classic monogram MM, which is quite stiff and my idea is selling it to buy the reversible one...is it a good or bad idea in your opinion?

I am trying to be sure that my lipstick and blush are compatible. I wouldn't want to wear the same shades or would I? I am assuming that the rule of thumb that I have always used is to contrast the dark reds with the pinks and light reds (alternating with lipstick and blush). Many older fashion standards have disappeared. Has this one?

Couldn't seem to find them nowadays, even not on the website. Has it been discontinued? It was my favourite basket bag due to narrow opening . I feel it was the most usable basket tote compare to the rest of the design. Other basket bags has wider opening and you end up having to put some sore of dustbag or organizer inside.

I passed by Dior yesterday and tried the Caro, what’s not to love.
Calf skin which looks sturdy. Chic and practical!
Definitely can be dressed up or down.
I particularly liked the medium in black with GHW.
Any feedback on wear and tear for those who own the Caro in calfskin

I just bought a bag from FahionPhile and I believe (know) it’s a fake. They want me to get a cert of authenticity but the place they recommended (*****************) only wants certain pics, i.e. date stamp, zipper, etc.) The pics I need to them are the ones that are fake! Can someone recommend a place that will give me a cert and allow me to send the pics I want. Thank you!

It’s been awhile since I’ve found a new bag that worked for me (last was too heavy…) and I’m ready! These two have caught my eye & need help deciding. They’re very different. One I’ve eyed for yrs, the other I adore especially because it’s cognac. I generally keep my bags forever so I want to be sure this will stand the test of time… hoping to go in store on Saturday. I've just inherited a bag, which I think is large caviar classic double flap bag seemingly silver hardware. It is pre-chip area because it comes with an authenticity card.
It looks like in a decent condition.

What are the steps that I need to take right now, inc authentication? And, also what do I need to be aware of?
I am particularly curious on the following items
1. how to care for the leather,
2. how do I store in order to avoid mould,
3. how do I place the bag so that the straps don't eat into the leather, etc.
