Hello,

I just bought the Capri tote on sale last Sat and was told by the SA that I could return it. However, on the receipt, it said no return/exchange on sale items?

I'm wondering what the return policy is. I just learned that the bucket will be further discounted next Wednesday and am kicking myself for not waiting.

Does anybody know if YSL boutiques would accept returns or do a price adjustment?

Thanks!

hhmm, good question. I was told during their last sale that all sales were final. Price adjustments I don't know about. Maybe the resident YSL experts can chime in?

BTW, nice to see you over here too! I'm really liking YSL bags too.

I'm pretty sure that when I bought a sale bag at a YSL boutique in December, the receipt was stamped "final sale." But you should just call the boutique to be sure.

they are very strict with returning sale items... aka... they will not do it. as for a price adjustment, i doubt they will as you have now had the bag over two full weeks before the price adjustment

Hmm, I'm actually not too bugged about getting a price adjustment.

I'm pretty pleased with my bag although am not too fond of patent. I still need to get used to it! Actually, I haven't used it except for prancing around with it at home!

Plus, I don't want to create more work for my SA even though he did tell me that I could return it. He's pretty nice and very accommodating.

I would probably get something else at second markdown.

Maybe another Capri tote! Or some belts and shoes!
