I just received a letter from YSL that the private sale in HK will be held from 3 - 4 June 2009.

Congratulations and let's go shopping in either of the 3 HK YSL shops. YEAH!

During the private sale period, certain selected items will be sold at 30% discount. Checked to the SA, we can buy the items earlier (i.e. before 3 Jun) if we can get the invitation card. Enjoy shopping!!!!!!!

for muse 2, the rose (or light chocolate) croc embossed and blue & purple python are on sale....

I went to the private sale. Well, the discount is presently 30% off, so I will be waiting for the final sale with 50% off. Anyway, I took a note on all the bags I would like to buy later (including besace in dark brown croco embossed, Muse 2 in rose also croco embossed, and downtown in patent grey). See if I have the luck to buy either one of these.

no idea when the final sale is.....i guess it may be around around 26 Jun (i.e. 3 weeks from 4 Jun, the last day of private sale).

the croc embossed muse 2 (after 30% off) is around HK$10,815. Hope I recap correctly.

Thanks. I called around and they said that Rive Gauche only came in one size. Do you know if the smaller size is available?
