I sent mine back today. I posted this somewhere else, but I'll say it again. The flap has the same handle but is a lighter bag. The flap handle can still dig into your shoulder if you weigh it down with too much. I tried the hidden chain with my normal load in it and it immediately dug in. The handle is very hard and I know for me it would not be comfortable. Once I had my things in it, it took me all of 2 minutes to decide to send it back.

I tell you though it is one gorgeous bag!

I agree, something about the rounded handle of the chain roady and new flap bag that if the bag is heavy, it's uncomfy and digs in for me.

It sounds too heavy to be an everyday bag!
But it looks gorgeous on you!
I want one so badly!
