LOL. I don't know, it depends on the climate you're in and how often you use it I guess. You can try and google pony hair maintenance. I heard about the fading for Goyard too and I think that's also dependent on how often you use it. But edges breaking? That's a quality problem there isn't it? That's assuming the bag wasn't abused by carrying extremely heavy loads all the time. I would KIV both bags in your situation. Pretty bags will always be there when you have the means for it, so don't feel pressured to make the decision now!

![]() You're right... I guess I am unnecessarily putting pressure on myself for the purchase. It's just that I really can't resist a good sale! And 65% off is sooo compelling! It makes me want to run to the store and do a dance of joy...

i just purchased the large muse II patent w/ pony hair flap and i just love it! i was originally looking at a camel one but i just couldn't resist the patent/pony hair combo, it's understated glam, imo. i didn't really know much about maintenance issues prior to my purchase but i'm not that worried since i'm pretty good with my bags. i have read somewhere that ysl pony hair is well-made and tightly wound(?), i think it was cosmo's post, so that makes me feel better. time will tell, i guess.
i say go for the muse II but obviously, i'm biased. if, however, you are really looking for a more casual bag, then go with the goyard. good luck, tasche! |
