Hi - new to this website...
I have just bought a 'slightly used' double YSL from EBAY.....claiming it is authentic.... anyone know of any tell tale signs to try and guarentee this..?
It has the little leather tag with a number embossed on it...

are the gold rings the surround the top of the bag meant to have YSL printed on them ??

I just checked my anthracite/black double. It does not have YSL stamped on the gold rings. There is a detachable leather tag piece that says "Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche" on one end and the other end has a number and "made in Italy". The sleeper bag is black acetate with YSL woven in the fabric on one side and a tag inside that says "Made in Italy" (if you have a sleeper to compare to.) Can't tell from the one photo, as it is small. The other photos from the auction have been removed. HTH!
