I bought this from a friend...I have her reciept from Bergdorfs..but I don't know what to do if its unraveling. Do I send it to Bergdorfs, even though I didnt buy it from there? Thanks

Is it normal for them to unravel also?

sorry to hear that.
I'm picky and that would bother me.
I think anytime you pay over 1k for a bag it should have superb fit and finish.
I hope Bergdorfs stands behind it for you.
