tribute pump

hi does anyone know where i can find this shoe? its available for preorder on YSL but the lady at the store says its out? so im kinda confused! any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!!

Hi there...I think the stores are running low...at least that's what my SA in the SF told me. I know if you go onto ysl.com you can preorder it. It's a lovely shoe. I tried it on and it was totally hot secretary.

so i called one of the ysl stores and asking for the tribute pump...the convo goes something like...

ME: "hi i was wondering if you guys have the tribute pump in stock"
SA: "we have lots of tribute pumps, which one are you looking for"
ME: "i said, well its referred to as the tribute pump online, but it has a little peep toe"
SA: "like i said, we have lots of tribute pumps, let me transfer you to a SA who can help you" (im thinking...what a b...)

SA 2: (a lot nicer) "hi, my name is XXX can i help you"
ME: "hi yes im looking for a pair of shoe, its called the tribute pump, and it has a peep toe"
SA 2: "we have lots of tribute, which style is it?"
ME: "it has a peep toe, and a long stiletto heel, and a strap that goes across on the top of your feet"
SA 2: "OHHH...the TRIBUTE PUMP!"

at this moment im thinking WTH!??!?!?!?!?! its not my fault YSL isnt name its shoes well! and that first SA talked to me like im an idiot! arggg, the second SA was very nice so I am a happy customer after all...but it makes me so frustrated sometimes! anyway just wanted to share! i thought it was pretty funny when its over :)
