I have the Roady flap which has the same strap as the Roady. I find if the bag is too heavily weighted the strap digs into my shoulder. It is a very hard strap, so the weight can make it uncomfortable for me. That being said, I love my bag!

I bought the Roady in black textured leather & returned it because the strap fit odd on my shoulder & I didn't feel like it was a comfortable, secure fit. Everyone seems to love the strap so please don't go by me...I must have weird shoulders :-)
