It's a textured/pebbled leather - not smooth. It is stunning IRL & not too delicate.

Hi
Would you post a pic of you wearing the bag when you have time? I'd like to see if the flap sags or not when it is being carried. I'd like to see it from both the front and the side if it's not too much trouble.

So far I love this bag and am seriously considering it. I just recently discovered Prada as well, I think I might have an obsession for high-end bags, LOL!

OMG you are the bomb! Thanks soo much for the links. I guess I'll put this one on my wish list. I just got the Prada craquele studs bag, so I should probably let the CC cool down just a bit!

That bag is awesome. Wear it in good health!!

I've been carrying the bag for a few day and now have a couple of thoughts based on my experience.

1) Narrow opening doesn't bother me. I can still get things in and out easily.
2) I like the big pocket on the front of the bag. Much easier to get cell phone in and out of than a pocket on the main interior wall.
3) The closure does clink together if it isn't fastened.
4) In the beginning I had trouble with the closure and was thinking it would require two hands to open (which would annoy me), BUT it does not. You have to practice this a couple of times. Push the button all the way down with your thumb (the key is making sure you push it ALL the way down) and then pull closure up with a finger. You don't do both things at the same time. It really is quite easy and works well even when the bag is on your shoulder.
5) The rolled handle can dig into your shoulder a little bit if the bag is very heavy

So the main things I was worried about --narrowness of opening and ease of opening/shutting closure are non-issues for me.
