Question Over the shoulder Downtown

Which of the two size, Large or Medium, can you get over your shoulder. I'm trying to decide which one to buy, I'm leaning towards the Medium but I'm concerned I wont be able to get it over my shoulder. Thanks

The Medium is actually easier to get on your shoulder because it has about an extra inch of length in the straps. The straps on the Large are set lower on the bag so there's a little less room for your arm.

My medium fits great - I am 5'7" and not too skinny.

Not only does the medium fit on the shoulder, it STAYS on the shoulder.

The medium works well as a shoulder bag (I own 2!)

MEDIUM is a perfect size IMO - fits comfortably on my shoulder - I'm 5'3" , 120 lbs.

Did you ladies get your Downtowns on sale?

I do not buy bags which go on sale simply because I do not live in the US and will definitely miss out on sales.

If the price diff on the sale is about $150 less then it's somewhat tolerable.

I'm put off by other designer bags which sell for $1,500 then drop down to $800 - 900 during pre-fall or pre-spring.
So that also means I can't order one on BlueFly

My next bag in consideration though, is the Downtown. I've seen a lot of pictures on the celebs with their YSLs forum and they helped a lot because I can actually see the bag used in real life. And I will also get the medium as it is more proportioned for me - I'm a mere 5'2".

Plus it has a n outside pocket!!!

I'm also eyeing the Bordeaux Tribute.

Thanks
