There has been a lot of interest in these bags. So I decided to post her info here. Call Svetlana Halstead Svetlana.Halstead@Nordstrom.com

Tell her Manjula gave you the number.

lhasalover - thanks for posting the pictures!

Does anyone know if this rive gauche is just tan patent or is it an ombre tan patent (with shadings of light and dark tan)?

Thanks!

I don't think it's patent at all. I just think it's glazed leather, from what I've seen IRL. Neiman Marcus near me has that version.

Thanks for the info. Is it ombre or one solid color?

That looks to be one solid color, doesn't look tan though, looks a bit darker. Nice rich color though!

The ombre ones are easy to see the gradation.

kiss_p, I'm guessing this is the same bag, in case you want to see more pics of it. Its on Matches, a British web site... http://www.matchesfashion.com/fcp/pr...674?colour=tan

Congratulations on that gorgeous Muse II bagnista! It's stunning, everything about it looks delicious.

Cosmo, I don't think thats the same rive gauche. The one in your link has that faux lizard print on it, and the one in kiss_p's post doesn't seem to have that same texture. Although it is a little hard to tell, it just seems like the glazed version.

^You're right, the one Cosmo linked is definitely the pebbled patent (and looks to be the exact leather as on Bagnista's Muse Two) but I think it could be the same one in kiss_p's post, too. Check out how dark it looks on BlueFly:

http://www.bluefly.com/Yves-Saint-La...301/detail.fly

But when you zoom in you can see it's the same tan pebbled patent, so I think they could all be the same bag. It's also possible that kiss_p's is a non-textured glazed bag, too, and I agree that the picture is too dark to tell for sure. The strap does look kind of pebble-y to me, although it could just be the way the light is reflecting off of the glazing.

Haha, that bag is definitely a bone of contention!! No worries though. Although, I still think it's the glazed ombre. Looking at it, the corners are dark, and then it sort of lightens towards the center. I can't really see any sort of texturing on the skin either.

Aaaah well, back to the super-fabulous-amazing dance party.

What?????????? You are having a super-fabulous-amazing dance party and you didn't invite me?

Chinsumo, are you thinking of picking anything up in the sales or are you waiting until next season for your next YSL purchase?
