could someone please help me identify this belt (model number or something?) and if i could purchase this anywhere online??? id really really love to surprise my girlfriend, but no luck finding it.

Otherwise maybe you should start checking the stock on all the websites that sell YSL to see if you can find it: online retailers of authentic YSL merchandise -- plus YSL outlet info.
