Thanks for helping me out ladies

Pictures washed the purses' color out :(. I love it so much though!!! It seems to look quite big on me but I LOVE it

OH I forgot, I got it from fashionphile and I'm quite disappointed with their service :/. Read on only if you want to hear my rant :(:(:(. Firstly, a lovely user here let me know I could get it from their website for $1125. I readied everything, and went to pay the next day but it was gone from the site lol. Messaged them and they said it was 'gone'. I was really sad but then I searched online and found it on their Ebay for sale for Buy-it-now for $1145 and got it. I had a TONNE of trouble paying on their site so I called them a few times and talked to a few girls before someone finally checked me out. I also paid for $35 overnight shipping. That was thursday, they said if they could get it out on time I'd get it friday, but otherwise they guaranteed it'd be there on monday. Also said I'd get a shipping confirmation to when I'll get the purse.
Monday morning and no email after, I called just to make sure that it went out and they didn't send it out at all. I called a few times talked a few people and someone said they'd get the shipping guy to call me back. Finally I get a call and he gives me all this BS about 'confirming' it since the address is different from my billing address- when my order was hand-checked out by their employees and it's explained and everything, and I added that shipping address to my CC. I had to leave Seattle on monday but had to extend my hotel stay another day even though I was really tight for time already.
Just ranting, quite annoyed, one of the girls there did briefly say something about exempting the shipping costs when trying to find excuses, I'm going to email them and hope they do..
Just caused a lot of stress in general purchasing from them. Nothing seemed to go smoothly at all.

oh wow, that eggplant is gorgeous!!! has there only been one purple/violet OS muse? I just got mine from HGBAGS but I have noooo idea what it's called...or the year/season...

Love your bag. Bummer to hear about your fashionphile experience - I've ordered 2 bags from them and had awesome CS - and I live in Australia. The 2nd bag I ordered arrived in 4 days which is an absolute record from the USA to me!

I think there were at least two purple muses, I'm no expert but from reading stuff on this forum, one was this eggplant and the other was this so-called 'Barney' purple that's lighter than this. I think I saw one (the lighter purple) at Nordstrom in Seattle, in either medium or large size. IIRC reading it wasn't released in OS.

Ssc0619 hehe I had no idea it would look so big on me since I looked through the 'celebrities and their muses' (they seemed like the same size as me, 5'7") for ideas and when I tried it on IRL it didn't seem that big on me :/ lol! Good thing I like it

it is amazing bag..I also dealt with fashionpile and they were slow but fair and OK. I understand that they are really BIG seller and do not answer emails for long, but professionaly send stuff...good that you can trust them that they sell authentic stuff....they have best deals on store displays

your muse is amazing !!!!!!

Vesna, thanks!!! I agree it's great that you can be sure it's authentic. But one thing that I don't like is how, during the period the bag is still on the webpage or whatever, people can go into their store and touch and potentially accidentally scratch the bags still :/. Might just be me though haha!

Willowsmom It surely won't because I'm forgetful like that hahahaha. I never stay angry for very long at all

how ironic! I had that purse on hold something happened and i couldn't get it so that's why they told you it was sold, there's a lag in time when they put purses back on the site so really they are very cooperative and i have had nothing but great experiences from fashionphile. so don't discount them just yet..enjoy the bag, i hope to find another one like it eventually!
