I ordered the XL blue croc muse from ruelala during the last sale. My bag arrived today and the second I saw the box, I knew they messed up because the box was too small. The sale had the medium and XL available so I'm hoping someone realized they didn't get the size they wanted. I am putting it out here for two reasons-
1 if anyone else ordered and remembers the price of the medium and XL since ruelala said they can't see the price for an old sale 2 if any of you lovely ladies ended up with the wrong bag, and are switching(I know it is a long shot but I'm trying). Oh, and this is my first post so hi! A little about me- from NY, live exactly one corner away from one of the NY YSL stores, love everything YSL. My fav YSL bags are- navy snakeskin XL overseas, navy XL downtown patent, and white L overseas, hope fully this muse issue will work out and I'll love it too. |

Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you contacted Ruelala to see what they can do? I know it's your first post so you're not familiar with the rules. I'm pretty sure you can't use tpf to 'switch' or trade, and there's def no selling or buying allowed. I'm not sure what you're looking for here.
You should contact Ruelala if you haven't already. Hopefully they can fix this. |

I contacted ruelala and am waiting for a manager to call in the morning to fix it. They said they would switch with the person who got my bag if they call, they also said I could return it or give me the difference. I have lurked the boards for a while but never posted, just kind of sad about it. I also thought if someone here got the wrong bag and planned on calling ruelala, ruelala would facilitate a fast switch. I know the rules and wouldn't be comfortable doing a personal trade because who knows what could happen. Thanks for responding.

Ah! Got it! It's too bad that even in this case (their mistake) that they won't credit you back (not a Ruelala credit that is).
I hope it works out. |

No, no, they will give me the refund on my card, that is what I meant by giving me the difference. I just want my bag, not the credit. Any opinions on the medium muse? I have a few days to decide what to do. It is nice but not big enough.
