Default Majorelle..How sweet is your name
I was so close to not getting this bag at all since I originally wanted the NM exclusive (navy blue with silver handles and hw) But the order got cancelled..

So glad I found some shop selling this, thanks to a PFer, who is now a dear friend who showed me the right direction!! The local YSL boutique doesn't even carry this colour in this size!

Congratulations on your beautiful new Majorelle! That electric blue color is so hot right now and I haven't even seen this color on the Majorelle before so you'll have a pretty unique bag, too!

So is this the same blue as Kelly Ripa's Majorelle, but yours just looks brighter because of the camera flash? Or is it a different blue?

Cosmo, you know Kelly's Majorelle looks darker, but it could be the lighting. I think YSL only did one version of blue.

Here's a close up of the colour. It's bright like my original pictures above during the day. It shows up darker at night though.

Here's the BlueFly picture of the one Kelly Ripa is carrying which really does look like a different blue than Aurora's, but it could just be the lighting. Aurora, if you ever get a chance to take a picture of yours without a flash, I'd love to see it since Kelly Ripa's is one of my favorite colors for this bag and I'm curious as to whether yours is the same as it looks in bright light.
