Default ivory white rive gauche

hi ladies...

i recently took the plunge and added a rive gauche in winter white leather to my collection. i do love the bag but now i feel that its just " to casual" for my taste.

i'm torn between getting rid of it or keeping it

do you think that this is a staple classic bag, or should i sell it to fund my next adoration

No.... keep it. I adore that bag. My mom has one and she has had it for almost 2 years... she loves it. You can dress it up or down and it goes with everything.

I dont think its too casual at all. Do you think it is because of the size or the style itself? I think its a real classic bag, and your lucky that the rive gauche never became as trendy as the muse even though the muse is still a classic. I wouldnt get rid of it unless you truly arent ever going to use it.

I'm completely biased because I have the RG in black and love it, but I think you should keep it! It's really a timeless bag and one I can't imagine ever wanting to give up since it will just keep looking great for years and years.

If you're really not feeling it, though, then you should do what you think is best. You could also consider swapping it out for another color which maybe wouldn't feel as casual to you as the ivory.
