It's not my fault! I broke my ban *pics*

So I started a thread awhile ago asking if I should break my ban and buy the navy patent DT. Well I tried a med one on and it was just way too big for me, out of my comfort level. Anyway, my Saks has the new smaller version available. I called my SA and asked if there were any left besides display model. I said to myself if they don't it wasn't meant to be. If they did, then it was fate...LOL!

Anyway presenting to you my very first Downtown in black patent!!

So durable and functional!!! I swear I'm going to get out of black bags soon but it's so dramatic in black!

It adds a bit of edge that I've been looking for too. I knew YSL patent was soft trying them on in the stores but now that I have one, I can't believe just how SOFT AND SMOOSHY it really is!

What do ya think? Great bag to break the ban or what? Now back on the ban (after my Chanel shoes come in).

I need to start a ban (after I buy this?).
Isn't the size great - I've had 3 mediums, but I just don't really need a tote too often, so I haven't kept them. This new size is more handbag-sized to me, for my lifestyle. I just love it!

As for the size, approx measurements are 12x10x7. Great size, fits comfy on my shoulder. I'm 5'2" btw. I can fit tons in it still w/o it looking too bulky or cumbersome. I have my wallet, cosmetic pouch, cell, burp cloth, sippy cup, misc toys for DS and a Tupperware container for his snacks. I still have plenty of room to spare. Today I ran some errands and got him about 6 little toys and they all fit in my bag nicely (still w/ room to spare). For a smaller bag, it still packs quite a punch. I'll take some interior shots later.

I need to thank gingarita for posting her thread about her sand DT awhile back! That's what made me really start liking this bag!! alisonanna - I recommend this bag a lot! Did you see gingarita's pics of her sand DT?
