Default Issues with my Muse 2 XL
Hi everyone,

I just began using my blue Muse 2 XL and have a really difficult time carrying it around. The contents of my bag keep spilling out, and I find it really cumbersome and difficult to fasten/unfasten to top flap.

For those Muse 2 owners out there: have you had these issues? And if so, how have you reconciled it?

Thanks so much!

A lot of people have problems with the Muse Two closure and we have had lots of discussion about that. Here's one relevant thread, including a tip I posted in there that I'll repost here: Muse Two FAQs: closure issues, lining, maintenance, etc.

THE BEST WAY TO CLOSE THE MUSE TWO (according to my YSL SA)

First, place one hand inside the bag behind the base of the toggle closure so that you are supporting it and making it stick out. (See pic below) Then close the flap of the bag with the other hand and press the open circle closure over the toggle so it catches. There will still be wiggle room to withdraw the interior hand. (This method is a lot easier than simply trying to press the circle closure down from the outside with both hands against the soft bag.)

hi rhogiela, i just got my muse2 too lately and yes it was a problem to me at first, but now i kinda already got to know how to deal with it
like cosmopolitan suggest, i also put one had inside to support the toggle and make sure you slide it till it clicks
