hi ladies! just need your quick input.. i'm torn between getting the zip wallet in the silver or the black patent. i like the silver, but i've read somewhere that the leather may chip with usage. and my only concern is that i may not enjoy having it if i have to always baby it.

Hi, I have wallet is black and mirror in silver, and silver is not that nice IRS, looking kind of messy, not dirty but not clean or sleek, the black looks stunning......cheers, V

Definitely the black. I have the gold clutch and the leather is surprisingly delicate and scratches easily. Where are you getting yours from?

The black is so classic and stunning! I have the Y-Mail long flap wallet in black and I'm absolutely in love with it!!!! Oh, and did I mention the compliments? The black is eye catching, drawing attention to it's unique handwritten lettering...for sure a crowd pleaser!
