Default Help!!! I am so upset :(
I've recently purchased a large muse in Vegas 3 weeks ago, I've been using it everyday since then and I love it !!! Then today I discovered that the lock fell off, thankfully I was able to find it. However, the lock can no longer be closed/locked..... I live in canada and there is no YSL stores at all whatsoever...

I AM SO DEPRESSED AND TALK ABOUT THE QUALITY CONTROL....WHAT TO DO????!!! I no longer have a copy of the receipt but I am sure if I send it back to the store, they will be able to fix it. I have a copy of my credit card statement though, if that helps...

Call the store you purchased it from and ask them to re-print and fax/email you the copy of your bill (most of the high end designer stores would do that). Also, ask them where you should mail the bag for repair. I am sure they will be more than happy to help (you can also ask @ YSL counter inside Holt Renfrew - since they carry YSL, they should be able to put you in touch with the repair people).

H_addict is right - definitely get proof of purchase from the store and contact them for repairs. I'd also find the office for customer service and write a letter about your experience, especially how excited you were about your purchase and subsequent disappointment with the quality.

Don't get depressed - if YSL can't fix it I'm sure they would give you a new set lock/keys.
