purseket mothers day promotion
Hi All

This is not strictly YSL but something of great use to YSL purse owners and I wanted my pals at YSL to know!

Purseket (www.purseket.com), the bag insert people, are having a 'mothers day promotion' where you can buy a set of 1 medium and a drop in for $30US total instead of the normal price and cheaper than all the eBay sellers selling pursekets

.

There are 4 colours / styles to choose from and they post internationally, I am in France and I got the standard USPS international rate direct from Purseket via email as their web postal rates are expensive in my opinion.

Note for international members the Mothers Day date would be a US one and I don't know when that (and when the special stops) is I know it's different from Oz and France.

Outlet update:

Was at Woodbury today. They still have that brown suede oversize muse (1059), a medium brown muse (899). THey still have the raffia medium downtown with white trim (479.) and a khaki canvas large downtown (519) They had an ivory deerskin large downtown (899) and the brown medium (749.) THey had some others but I don't know what they were, and they were not very attractive, so...

Someone called once and they do charge send for $10 if anyone is interested.

Melissa Ann, did the khaki canvas downtown have leather trim? What color was the trim, and was it a tan khaki or more of an ivory. I am going to try and call tomorrow, but was hoping to see a picture first. It will be my first YSL and I really want a summer bag!! Should I ask for anyone in particular?

Just FYI I called and they had the canvas (they called it ivory) in the medium downtown $439. Talked to Ariel, and she was great. They have both colors of raffia also. I have the canvas on the way.

My canvas is more khaki. No front pocket. Will bring it down and snap a modeling pic tonight. The only one they had Sat was a large in khaki, so they must have gotten in a shipment!! YAY. (prob for the mem day sales coming up!

Some of the patent YSL handbags are on sale at YSL.com. It looks like the med. downtown in pink and light green and the tribute patent in the same color and red as well.

No, I didn't. I have bought too many things lately and decided to wait and see what comes out for fall. Also I will be spending some time in NYC this summer so I want to wait until then!
