Does the Marjorelle come in small sizes?

I thought I saw one in a magazine spread recently but all the ones in the store are medium. I would prefer a much smaller size.

Has anyone seen one?

I've seen 3 sizes in the boutique.
There are 2 sizes smaller than the medium. One is a mini which is really a dinner/party bag. Then there is a small which comes with a detachable sling. I don't remember price though.

I went to the YSL store about a month ago in DC and when I asked the saleswoman, she gave me a weird look and said she only knew about the bags she had in stock.

No probs, I think YSL online has the mini. You could e-mail them asking about the small?

I have the mini in gold. It is not that small.

Come see my Gold Mini Majorelle

Because of the gold color it is more appropriate for evening. Other colors can be used as a daytime bag.

yes they have the mini majorelle and they have it on sale right now. well i saw it at the ysl store on madison avenue. ask for cathryn she'll help you.

lhasalover, that is one fantastic and classy bag!!! Perfect size for evenings and you're right, not that mini. Great purchase! Don't know why I didn't see that thread.

I saw the photo spread with the Mini Majorelle that you were referring to. It was the June issue of Vogue, story on Pierce Brosnan. (Its a little easier to see the bag in the actual magazine.)

Bhahaha, I LOVED this story.

They have 3 stories in this Vogue with three models advertizing 3 differents styles: city girl, country girl, sport girl. I SO felt for the citi girl, and loved all the pieces on the pictures. Have you noticed how many YSL pieces she wears? HE he, I also HAD TO buy the Nicole shoes because of this picture below.

Believe me, the SAs at the YSL boutique at Saks Jandel in D.C. aren't always the best-informed about the merchandise! You know, the NM at Chevy Chase is carrying quite a lot more YSL bags now.

That's the size I have in gold. It also comes in black patent in that size. Check with Michael at the Houston YSL. He can get it for you.
