Do 2007 buffalo downtowns come with a leather hangtag (the kind MUSE does?)

I guess I somehow thought ALL Ysl bags had that leather hangtag with the key in it. I've seen some pics of downtowns that have that tag (not sure if they are authentic or not) but thought I've seen some in person that don't.

The standard calf/buffalo Downtowns and patent Downtowns do not have a key holder or hang tag on them. The deerskin versions do have a tag and then various specialty versions will have a tag. There's no key in it, just a small key ring and since there's no lock on the Downtown (or any way to lock it since it's open on the top and the zippers don't meet) it doesn't really have a practical purpose, it's strictly for branding and aesthetic purposes.
