Color Transfer on YSL Cream Patent Bag

I was wondering if anyone has a white or cream YSL patent leather bag and had experience with color transfer. I've tried several cleaners, conditioners, softsoap, detergent and nothing is getting out the blue colored transfer. I had ordered the bag from NM and it arrived this way. I may have to return it if I can't find a solution. TIA.

From what I gather the many times I have read on here about this issue with white patent on tpf, nothing works. I recommend taking it back.

Yeah, you can't remove stains from patent leather. Return it and get another bag :)
