It looks fake to me, it's something wrong with the leather I think.

I would think that anyone selling a brand new Muse for less than regular retail is selling a fake. After all, where would they get a real one except at Saks, N-M, etc. They often look good in pics but in reality they are not well-made at all. Sometimes these people use pics from other sites such as N-M, etc. One eBay seller said this (below). Do we really think that YSL or any major designer label would let defective items or seconds out in the marketplace. Nope, I don't think so!

I'm thinking that the seller probably thinks they are indeed real. I've been to the Dallas market and others and often there are people who rent space in the "cash & carry" area and there are all sorts of fakes there. Bless her heart.. I really do think she thinks she is selling the real thing. The sad thing is that her customers are the ones who are getting scammed.

"note: i am able to get these bags at a lower price through my mom's retail store as they are defective in some small way. they are purchased by her at wholesale market in dallas. either a stitch is not perfect or a tag was marked incorrectly. if they are not completely pristine, designers wont sell them so we get to have the real ones with slight defects. good luck bidding! (i can see no obvious defects with this bag)"

^^Hang tags and plastic on handles simply don't happen. On the above two, I would also question the selling price and the low feedback combined in the khaki one. No one is giving away oversized Muses, a handbag in high demand when authentic, as a charitable act.
