Not sure where our Liz is. Please, wait for her input.

It's medium, and I would love to help, but I'd need additional pictures of the back of the tag (with the serial number), close up on the hardware, and the back of the zipper pull to verify the authenticy.

My problem with this listing is the Private ID and luck of the closup pictures.

With only 2 feedbacks, it is hardly a known seller. However, as i mentioned before, this seller seems to be experienced in hiding the details which help in identifying authentity. It makes me really mad, because these listings are really hard to report to eBay. I mean, you can report, but they often don't take them out. It really hurts me to see these bags being sold for $$$ to the innocent buyers. And you know how these sellers often find out what to show? By lurking into this forum and asking questions. For this reason, many authenticators on this forum no longer specify details of why the bag is fake/authentic, unless they know the member.

BlueFly sells authentic bags, and if you compare the pictures, you'd see the clear difference in shape an leather quality. Hope it helps.

These pictures are of a gorgeous authentic bag. If you are in the US, I would seriously consider shipping and customs, which can run above $200.

As always, I would recomment to wait for Liz's opinion.

Hope it helps.

sorry, I just reread your reply and I didn't see your answers (you did some fancy technique where you repeat my questions first, I didn't notice your answers!)
thanks so much, I just missed your auction - I came in the door minutes too late. It was a pretty bag. Maybe next time!

No problem. Keep your fingers crossed for me. The buyer is in Australia. I hope she realizes shipping will be quite a bit more that $12.00.

Darn, girl! If I knew you wouldn't get it, I'd get it myself. My muse came in with scratches, and I need some TLC.

Hi Brandwashed!

So sorry I have missed some questions, but my sister's wedding is on Sat. and it has been an absolutely crazy few days...and it will only get crazier!

The bag is fake. Notice how the inside tag is like a piece of leather cut in a rectangular shape with 90 degree edges. The tag is also missing the line that surrounds the YSL brand name. The other pics are too small to tell us anything, but just by looking at the pic that shows us the tag it is clear to us that this bag is not authentic.

I hope the winner is a TPF member!

TPF members from Australia have a hard time getting YSL items.

Hmmm...this OS white muse in the pics seems OK...but I did not know that muses had "riri" zippers like the sellers states in the description.

I recommend that you ask the folks in the Hermes forum about the authenticity of the birkin for opinions on the bag and the seller.

I would also ask the seller if the bag has any other scratches, smells, marks, scuffs, discolorations, etc. inside and outside the bag.

I am not sure about the price. It seems like a well-broken in muse, so if it goes any higher, I would pass.

Hi Lisenoktx and Kricca!

I agree that this is a gorgeous authentic muse! Seller seems good, too!
