Oh wow! Both the WC Speedy AND Papillon?? Lucky girl! My ban will be lifted once we move into our new place, so my reward for waiting 2 years will be a new bag of my choice - I'm thinking my first Balenciaga City or Work, the LV Tivoli GM or the Marc Jacobs Venetia - which do you think? Then my parents are taking our entire family on a cruise to the Hawaiian Islands in October 2010, so I'm definitely going get myself a new bag then too! Ooohh, I can't wait!

I sure hope so! I really want to be good and tough this ban out (my family are already taking bets on how long I'll last)...so I really want to show them I have the willpower...I guess hanging out on tPF doesn't help . Well, Ladies, I'm semi-disappointed in myself, because I wasn't able to help myself...I actually was able to get around DH (with the right amount of pouting) and I've gone and placed a bid on a bag on eBay... I say semi-disappointed because, well...I know I shouldn't be spending the money...so I'm disappointed in myself - thought I had more willpower than this...but then not so disappointed coz I may be getting a new bag... I'm sure you all know the inner battle all too well.

Auction doesn't end for another 3 days, so I may still get outbid. So we'll just have to see how it goes...

There really IS no cure, is there?

Looking back at my own collection, I just realized how chocolatey brown my bags are!! Not much colour going on...lol and the bag I just placed a bid on is dark brown too.... guess I'm a bit of a chocolate addict too, and since I can't have the real thing...I get it thru my bags...lol Ah well...one more brown bag...and I'll get one with some colour next time...

Beautiful collection... I am so curious to see what bag you bid on. Two years feels like a daunting ban, perhaps you can work something out, like an 8 mos. ban? I find 8 mos. ban tolerable. I just broke my 8 mos. ban this month and now I am going to be on a 9 mos. ban(the two epi bags in my current wishlist are my '09 bags) and I know I can do it bec. I was able to do the 8 mos. one and every ban gets even easier bec. usually your collection has gotten bigger in time, ie. I just added two bags to my collection (black mc alma and azur speedy 30). You can do it!!! Or maybe you can flip some of those coach bags and turn them into $ for some other purchases you crave more?
