Default SuzanneVuitton's Collection!
Welcome to my collection thread! I have a few pics to share, and some stories about my purchases! Warning: some of the modeling pictures are very old

A few years ago, this all started! I was introduced to Louis Vuitton and went through the whole –I’m 14 and I wear fake lv bags- fase. 6 years ago, I went to Paris with my friend and her parents. An Asian couple stopped us on the Champs-Elysee and asked if we wanted to buy 2 bags and 2 wallets for them, since LV didn’t wanted to sell to them anymore. Because the father of my friend knew how much I loved LV, he agreed. To be honest, I was scared :l my friend and her mother, my friend’s father and I, we both got 900 euro’s cash in our hands, and went to LV. I already saw myself in a French prison with some water and bread, I didn’t know if what we were doing was legal! Mind you, I was 16 :P

Anyway, we walked in to LV and HELLO I HAVE ENTERD HEAVEN! Since I saw Jessica Simpson with her gorgeous MC speedy I fell in LoVe with multicolor. In that LV shop, while getting a bag and wallet for complete strangers, I decided I wanted to get a LV agenda for my high school graduation, that was a couple months away.

So, I told my parents about the agenda. My parents are not in to designer or expensive clothing AT ALL. They agreed on the agenda, they had no idea it would be so expensive. But well, they promised!

So a couple of months later I graduated, and I got my first LV piece! May I present you, LV multicolor white small ring agenda.

I still use this agenda daily, it looks gorgeous even after 6 years. And because it was my high school graduation gift from my parents, it is special to me.

After this agenda, the designer-crazyness REALLY started!

I was SOOOOOO in love with the multicolor speedy, but I could never afford it. I decided I was going to save up for the next best thing, monogram speedy 30! After a couple of months I finally got it, well, I didn’t get a 30. I chose 35, best size in my opinion!

The first picture is from when I first got her. I babied her for the first couple of months, until I went to Paris again, and it started to rain! ON MY VACHETTA! After that, I started to chill about it and now my speedy looks gorgeous and a little vintage. I still love her to death!!!

Off course, I needed a wallet for my speedy!! My boyfriend and I booked a trip to Paris and that would be the perfect place to buy a wallet! The problem was, I had no idea what wallet I wanted! And I thought all the wallets were a little bit too expensive. Ever since we booked the trip to Paris, I was on vuitton.com DAILY to check the wallets! I decided to go with monogram or damier, because they were less expensive. But what model? AARGH!

In the LV store I changed my mind and got this gorgeous black multicolor pochette wallet. It is now called the Sarah wallet.

I think we all have that feeling, that itch that you just have to get SOMETHING! When I got that itch, I got my damier cles! Still use it every day, since it has my keys on it!

The year after our Paris trip, my BF and I went to Rome. I knew I wanted to get something, but I didn’t know what. At first I wanted Chanel ballerina flats, but the Chanel store was closed every time we got there! When it was finally open, I changed my mind again! Of to Louis Vuitton! I wanted a bag that I could use for school. So at the Via Condotti store I bought my Batignolles Horizontal. After a couple of days, I decided it needed a little something to spice it up. So the morning before we left, I got this cute multicolor bandeau!

On the 2nd picture, my BH is getting her tan on The other picture shows how much can fit inside.

In Rome I decided it was time, time to start saving for the love of my life! Multicolor speedy! I started in august 2007, hoped I could buy her around april 2008. But, I got lucky! My BF gave me a LV gift card for my birthday, a couple months later my grandmother gave all her children and grandchildren money and VOILA I had enough money for my baby. So on December 4th (my grandmothers birthday and my BF and my anniversary) I brought this baby home with me!

So what’s next? As you can tell, I didn’t have any small bags! I wanted to get the pochette Damier with a long strap, but somehow decided to not get it. Good thing, because after a while, this cutie came out! Monogram Eva.

After Eva, pictures of a gorgeous vernis Alma started flowing around TPF. I saw the pictures and well.. Rachel Zoe would say : I die! Release date was around summer, and yes, that summer I would be back in Paris again! So the saving started again, I needed the Pomme vernis Alma!

My BF and I went from Friday till Tuesday to Paris. I was about to get my paycheck that Friday, so I could buy the bag Saturday. Off course, I didn’t got my money on Friday, or Saturday, or Sunday. Nope, Monday! So after I finally got my money (I must have called my bank about 20 times those few days) we went to the Avenue Montaigne store to get this gorgeous bag!
They were sold out. Off course, why not! There was only one bag, and it was at the Champs Elysee store. So we rushed there, and I approached an SA to ask for the vernis Alma. ‘The what?’ Oh, I didn’t say it with the French accent (I can only speak a couple off words in French: oui, no, le croissant, le trottoir) so I had to ask a couple of times until she got it. She went to check, came out with nothing. It was in the store window, she could not sell it to me. The last Pomme Vernis Alma was in the window display, THE LAST ONE! If that is the last one, don’t tease people with it. Sell it, or get it out! I was so bummed! But this story has a happy ending! I called my local store, they had one and put it away for me. The Wednesday after Paris, I went to my store in Antwerpen and brought this baby home!

After a while, I got that itch again! I started getting in to MAC make-up, so why not get a fierce make-up bag? I got this cute damier make-up bag, is what I got!

And then I felt like I needed to spice my vernis Alma up, this little pappilon bandeau does this trick.
I also like the black bandeau with the pomme vernis!

I don’t have a lot of LV impulse buys. I always know what I want to get months or weeks before I get it, because I have to save up for it. Or, I had to. I was a student but now I have a fulltime job so I can splurge a little. This is a small impulse buy, I really had no use for it because nothing fits inside! But it is just so cute!

This spring, I realized I didn’t have good sunglasses. I was tired of those h&m ones. Somehow, I think 6 euro’s for those sunglasses is way too much. But the €350+ I spend on these babies, were so worth it! I present my Ursula Strass sunnies!

And now, something that is not from Vuitton!! A few years ago I bought pre owned Mouse Flats. Size 40, I have 39. I wore them with insoles and everything, still too big. After a while I decided to sell them, in hopes that I could find a perfect pair for myself. Off course I tried ebay, found patent black ones in 38 and just gave it a shot. Stupid me, I didn’t ask for more photo’s or information. When the mouse flats arrived at my house, I found out they have two tails! Yuck! Each mouse had two tails, 4 tails in total. Gross! On a dutch forum, some people mentioned they sold mouse flats at a shop in Amsterdam. I called the store, but because of a sale they couldn’t keep a pair for me. So I rushed to the train station, and 2 hours later I was in Amsterdam! Tried the shoes on, they fit perfectly and were beautiful with only one tail!
