Hello! I've actually gone through many bags, but only one bag has made it till now as my workhorse. I used to have two Bliss Lau bags, a Ferragamo Vittoria, and a couple others, but I whittled them away to eBay because my ideas have changed and I hope that I have been making smarter decisions for the future, which leads to what I have now. :}

Almost everything has a 'story.' I try to get/keep bags and accessories that last, match my personality, and won't outgrow me when I get older. As well as something not so ubiquitous regardless of cost, I like to try to be one of the "relatively" few even though it's close to impossible to REALLY be one of the few.

^ Vintage Ferragamo tote: my gateway, my very first since 4 years ago for $70? She's donning a vintage Vera floral silk scarf too. I use it all the time for school and work.

^ Black Lambskin Prada Pushlock: my HG, acquired Aug 2007 for $620 from luxury-shops, maybe 'vintage' maybe not, major thanks to Prada Psycho for helping reassure me about acquiring this particular little sucker :} There are not many non-nylon Prada Pushlocks out there. I'm pretty sure this one retailed for at least $1,500 in comparison to more recent pushlocks from Prada's Spring 2008 that retail for over $1,800. This one is the perfect size and I love it to pieces, of course!

^ Jil Sander Bracelet Clutch: The first and only thing I've seen in runway pictures that I have actually seen in person, and obviously, acquired (May 2008, for $305, orig $695)! :dances: I absolutely love the look and the idea of it, it's completely chic to carry about and I know I can't drop it and lose it somewhere. Plus it holds my bare necessities, phone, key cles, credit cards, and lip sheer. I have been using it occasionally as an alternative to my wallet without needing to carry anything extra in my hands.

I am missing a cordouroy indie bag from this collection, I put it through the washing machine and then the dryer, and that was the end of that. :{

^ Prada "Bluette" Saffiano Zip Wallet: acquired April 2007 for $240ish? off BlueFly. It holds everything!! I love it to pieces, and I attached a juicy couture purse charm to it. A month ago, I thought I lost it (how could something so HUGE get lost?), and I was thoroughly depressed and paranoid about getting a wallet without anything to hold onto (thusly I immediately got the Jil Sander clutch once I laid eyes on it, besides being in shock that I was looking at it IRL). Har HAR, I accidently packaged the poor little zip wallet with my ShopBop return, and had accidently shipped it to Shopbop! Words cannot express my reaction, as well as Shopbop's Customer Service call center, when they told me they had it.

^ Chanel sunnies #5036: acquired 3 years ago for $25, met a lady "from heaven" through eBay, and my friend and I literally shopped for anything we wanted from her two closets (designer clothes for $5 each NWT, and accessories for $25 each), it was an awesome experience and it was better than any sample sale I've ever been to!

^ Marc by MJ sunnies, #MMJ 012/N/S: fab oversized sunglasses that don't stay on my bridge-less asian nose but I love them anyway, acquired Oct 2007 for $60 from NMLC, a fellow pfer recently got them at Marshall's for $20, what a steal XD

^ vintage? Loewe key cles/pouch: acquired April 2008 for $30, ahhh three words. smooth. as. butter. The insignia makes me think of battlestar galactica, it makes me laugh. I always feel when I pick up my keys, it took me long enough to finally find a key case that actually fit my fat key inside.

^ Smythson Bijou Agenda in Aruba Cerise w/ LV agenda pen in white: organizing Snoopylaughs' life since January 2008. I actually had an older one that I got on sale for $240 in January, but I sent it back to get the leather repaired last month, and I got a brand spanking new 2008 Bijou Agenda version as a complementary replacement(!!!!). I miss the old one, there was a loop for the tab to close, like a tiny belt. Both versions have larger rings (which means more pages!) than LV agendas, and I like that this new Smythson Bijou agenda has a flexible cover much like the LV agendas, it's a good improvement, and I'm glad because I preferred the flexible monogram canvas or vernis/suhali covers of the LV agendas, but I hated the smaller rings and I didn't want logos. Now, I get all of those perks after all! At the price of feeling like Elle Woods.

^ Fendi Ceramic Small Square Watch: I've been pining for almost two years since this beauty since it came out. I caved when my bf proposed helping me get it earlier this Spring. No offense to anyone, but I don't like watches with round faces for my tiny wrist, but I do like watches that don't scratch. I take comfort in the thought that not many people have this one either. This baby is for life, and it's definitely timeless for me. Actually, Chanel and Fendi ceramic swiss timepieces are manufactured in the same places.

^ Give Accessories Leather Train Case in Brown: Not really an accessory, more like a necessity. Acquired for $199. I know, I know that is a crazy crazy crazy crazy price to pay for a makeup train case, but it's literally the most compact and organized small train case I've ever seen. There are tons of small train cases out there that are small, but they don't hold much, or it's so cluttered you want to throw everything out the window. There are less expensive, canvas versions from Give, but I couldn't resist the rich chocolate brown leather. Every morning and trip has been SO much easier ever since I got this!

Now, as my screenname hints, Snoopy is the other thing I adore. And here he is presenting my newest addition (and steal) to the family!

^ Derek Lam Aggie Brief in patent black and... grey?: just snagged this at NMLC for $406 (orig $1,400)!! Perfect condition, no battle scars from other shoppers' paws! I've been eyeing it since March, and scored during the June Sale.

^ It expands! It's my size (I am petite), it doesn't overwhelm my body when I wear it, and it's compact but still holds my wallet, agenda, and more, there's a pocket for the phone in the middle. And! The shoulder chain can be tucked in or left out without being in the way. : swoons : I hesitated getting another bag with black, but I couldn't turn down this deal and the way the style and functionality of this Derek Lam makes me feel. :blushes:

As you can tell, I have now officially banned myself fom buying black bags any more, nor bags beyond the 500ish bracket. I leave it to the thrill of the hunt! :}

OOMG! Very impressive collections you have there! the black lambskin Prada Pushlock and the blue Prada wallet! They are very chic!

I was looking for a brief case at Lancel just last week... the one I saw is red in colour and rater 'boxy'. Now now, will you just look at Derek Lam Anggie Brief?! I love the material! OMG! it's stunning!

P/S: I am a petite girl myself too! Love big bags but have to be careful not to 'drown' by the bags!

Last question, where do you find such great bargains?!!!

, can't wait to start my own collections!
