You submit a request online Bracheremden.com and then they work with you if you want a Bespoke bag(custom) via phone(no sketches, but they ALWAYS floor me when they arrive) or in stock. The details are amazing, I got into them because I kept seeing celebs with them and they were without a name, brand, etc. just beautiful works of art. They are the most breathtaking bags, I will always collect them as they are timeless
