Next up... I managed to score a great deal on this gorgeous Lambertson Truex basic black clutch with the help of a dear friend and lovely tPFer ...
The leather on this piece is very thick and luxurious. I love how it can be dressed up or down. I am extremely happy with my first LT purse... I wish they hadnt closed the factory down!

And last, but not least... a Belen Echandia Angel Purse in pewter crash with purple lining. I'd been wanting one for ages and then one popped up in a BE sale...
This is the only metallic leather i've been able to "do" so far. It gets more muted with time and changes depending on lighting conditions ... not bad for a "metallic non-lover"...

Maria, I LOVE your Lambertson Truex bag....how did you get it? They are closed down? They just did a video for www.fashionair.com of their home in Connecticut...and they look like they are still in business...

Thanks, ladies... It is a small collection, but i love all the pieces!

TG, i got a tip-off about the auction for this clutch from a lovely friend. I only paid around 10% of the retail price!!!
My friend, who is really into LT, said the factory has been closed down and now there are a some bargains to be found on ebay/bonanzle. The designers seem to have been hired by Tiffany's, i believe.
