this was the very first bag that i spent over $200 on. i remember thinking that was A LOT. i've used her to death, and even tho she's white, she's faired pretty well. i've actually gotten the most compliments on this bag, even tho she's not much to look at laying down like this.

now we start getting into my purse buying frenzy days. these next bags have all been bought in the last year. i loved this tote from the moment i laid eyes on her. she is great in the rain and a real workhorse. and my favorite color, to boot!

this was my first rm bag. out of all my bags, she is still my favorite. the color is PERFECT and the smoosh factor, to die for. after i bought this rm, i scoffed when people said it wouldn't be my last. i mean, i loved her and all, but up til this point, i had never bought more than one bag from one designer. i considered myself unattached and fancy free....well, i'm sure you can guess what happens next.

so, back to my RMs...i had kind of taken a mini break from tPF and was browsing a few of the subforums just for kicks on a cold winter night, when i stumbled into a wine MAC special order thread. omg! i had never seen something so beautiful!!! i said to myself, self, i know you never buy bags at full price, but just this once, you should make an exception. i typed as fast as my little fingers could type to find out more information about this SO, but as luck would have it, i was too late. oh well, i said, it wasn't meant to be, and i went to bed. well, it WAS meant to be, because later that week, i found out that i was going to be included in this SO after all!!
to date, this is STILL the only bag i have paid full price for, and i don't regret it one bit!

and then, while i waited and waited for my wine MAC to be delivered, i kept going back to the RM forum to see if there was any updated ETA news. and i spent more and more time there. and then i spotted this bag, and i knew she too would be mine....
i've only had her a week, and check out that smoosh! |

That's a lot of variety for a modest sized collection!
I adore the glazed eggplant color (especially in your closeup pic)!! |
