First of all, thank you so much for all the nice comments, ladies!

As promised, I'm going to post my collection of sunglasses now. Well, it's not much of a collection, because only have 2 pairs (designer ones, that is). But still, the 2 sunnies I have are well loved. And I guess it's quality that counts over quantity, right?

Let's get going!

Okay, I'll tell you a bit about my first pair of designer sunglasses.

I've been wanting a pair of designer glasses for ages. And finally my mom agreed to buy me a pair as a graduation present.

So I went out looking for the perfect pair. At the store, a rather large and flashy pair of Chanel sunnies with the giant double C logo on the side caught my eye. But when I tried them on, they didn't feel comfortable at all. Bummer!

Then the SA (who was very nice BTW!) pointed out another pair of Chanel sunnies. They weren't as flashy and in-your-face-designer as the other pair. Much more subtle and understated chic, but still very expensive looking.

I tried them on and they were PERFECT! It's like they were made for my face! So I got those.

I'm actually glad I got these. I would have grown tired of the other ones very quickly.

Here are some pics:

*The sides are in the famous Chanel quilting, very classic!
*There is some gold detailing on them, with the word 'Chanel' written on it (can only be seen from up close, it's very subtle).
*They have this lovely brown colour on the outside, and more of an olive green colour on the inside.
*The shape is also very classic and will never go out of style, IMO!
*I love the 'armoured' case!

Next and final pair of sunnies:

My Chanel Aviators!

I bought these a few months ago. They were from last winter's collection.

I've always loved aviator style sunglasses. They can make an outfit look really cool!

I thought these were perfect for me. They have this classic yet tough touch to them. I wear this pair when it's very hot (lots of air can get under them, that (sadly) isn't the case with my other pair, which makes them less suitable for very hot weather), I can pair them with gold or silver jewelry/hardware on bags because the colour of the harware is very neutral (bronze-y) and well...they just look COOL!

*The hardware has this lovely, vesatile colour, which really goes well with my skintone.
*There is some snake embossed leather on the hardware, which make them look a bit different then regular aviators.
*The logo on the side is also very subtle.
*They look very chic and cool, and they are timeless!
