Congrats!!! And I'm so glad I came to this thread, your bags are AMAZING! I wish I could reach and touch them, the leather just make me drool. I love all the colorful bags! Gorgeous!!!

I also bought my first LV speedy last year, like you, LV never appealed to me before. Congrats! And waiting for more pictures!

Thanks so much! I cannot wait until my Speedy comes tomorrow morning. Like you, for so long I really hadn't wanted one....which is probably a good thing! LOL! My out of control spending due to this addiction was already out of control. TBH, I put myself on a ban last month but I got weak after looking at all the beautiful LV's in everyone else's collections.

I bought my first ever designer bag in 1990...a Gucci Speedy 30 satchel, which I later either gave or traded with my sister (can't remember which). Anyway, just recently she told me that because she hadn't carried it in many years, she's giving it back to me! I can't wait to get it. Last year, I purchased a vintage Gucci Speedy from someone else, but I ended up giving that to one of my sons girlfriends. She loved it so much that I felt it the right thing to do!

Tomorrow I'll make certain to post pics of my new bag...STAY TUNED!

Thanks No Cute! My BV is one of my favorites as well. It's also what I consider the most feminine of all my bags.

How stupid of me not to ask first! And I sooooooo did not want to pay that frickin' sales tax! Oh well...too late now. I'll certainly know better next time. I really wanted one of the Stephen Sprouse bags in either Roses or Graffiti Green, but they don't make a Speedy 35, do they? Also, I was a bit reluctant to pay so much for it. Of course, considering these probably never go on sale, I'll have to pay that much if I want the bag that badly!

BAG ^^^^ Don't feel bad!. At least you got the bag that you want. I like order LV from eluxury because you get free exchange label, but you still need to pay s/h for LV stuffs. But most of the bags I got from there (LV) were ok. Next time order from them, it takes only two days to NC. I used to live in NC many years ago.
