Thank you for stopping by~! Balenciaga was my first (immensely intense) purse love and I'm so grateful and so pleased to have one for myself.

Thanks for sharing your stories and photos of each of your purses. Your thread is highly entertaining and your JCs and Bal are all gorgeous! I especially love your DIY red. You were very brave to try the dye on a designer purse, but I think it turned out great... your end result is an even more beautiful red than ones I see on some high-end purses. Great job! I look forward to more additions.

marose28, thank you for your kind words! I was carrying my red Choo just last night as a matter of fact. It was a fun experience but it definitely tested my nerves.

SweetPurple, thank you as well! I don't carry the Balenciaga that much actually. I don't know why. Maybe I'm scared of it getting nastied up, but it spends a lot of its time in the sleeper bag in my closet. She is pretty though.

This was my Christmas gift, didn't Santa do a great job?

A yellow bucket Jimmy Choo Tulita flap hobo. I made this charm as well, and I'm anxious for spring to get here so I can pull this girl out and take her about town. For winter, I'm still in a lot of dark shoes, and so often dark purses. But I don't subscribe to the belief that whites and lights are only for spring and summer. I just tend to match to my wardrobe and purse more often and it works out that way for winter.

(Speaking of which, I'll have to get a better dressed modeling shot. I was very excited the day I first got her, when these were taken. Normally I try to find a day when I'm going out to take a modeling shot.)
