just bought this from the Linea Pelle online sale mentioned by a tPF poster, and i love it! i was just going to take the long, skinny strap off and use it as a clutch, but i figured out that if i really squeezed it through it wrapped twice--so now it's a perfect length.

i bought a black tassel at the hayden-harnett sale for it, but i didn't realize how enormous the tassel would be in proportion to the bag!

guess i'll just have to get myself a black h-h bag...

Thank you SO much!!! I ordered from RM at one point and she gave me the wrong order, and I have the option of exchanging, and I am VERY much about to consider the Navy, so I would be *SO GRATEFUL* to see IRL pics! :) You are very sweet, thank you again.

OK, here'a my RM tote in navy. The one thing is, I sprayed the exterior with lanolin "quick shine" spray because I thought the original finish was too dull. The exterior is now both darker and shinier as a result, which I love. To get an idea of the original finish, here's pics of the interior and the flip side of the exterior strap (which didn't get the lanolin).

Here are a couple of ones to help you judge the size of the bag. It's enormous--in these pics, it's holding my gym clothes, an extra pair of shoes, and my 13" macbook, plus all my normal purse stuff!

I know the color comes out black in some of the pics--it's definitely not, but with the finish I added it looks okay next to black clothes.

hello, i posted an inquiry to see pics of your Navy tote- I am SO grateful that you posted them- thank you! I think I am going to get the Navy Tote like you, too- although, the Navy is nearly black in those pics, I believe the dark-blue shows in person clearly (I have a navy Nikki, and the dark blue definitely shows when wearing black clothes, and is a complex, lovely shade of dark blue.) It is indeed a tremendous bag, almost too big- however, perfect, because it doubles as a professional bag, and carries all your materials needed.

I admire that bag! we'd be bag twins lol!

My navy nikki though, however, looks a LOT LOT LOT lighter than those pics, i hope it's like my navy nikki in terms of color.

It looked more like the pic you sent of the Nikki when it arrived--I just wanted it to be darker and shinier, and the spray did the trick.
